Excellent publication, very thorough and comprehensive. A must have and covers many fields of building maintenance. The instructions for being a Supervisor, in the back, is excellent advice and very professional, it gives key areas on how to conduct oneself as a Supervisor. Additionally the front section on how to take an exam in the front part is very informative for someone who has not yet ever taken a civil service exam. Plus the section on how to conduct oneself during an interview is very good and the points are spot on. Then the exam question section is excellent and covers a vast majority of building maintenance that a "Supervisor" should know and how to handle employees and time sheets, vacation requests etc.I highly recommend this for anyone who is reaching out for a Supervisory role in the field of building maintenance.

Great book as it gives you a wide variety of ways to do the job but it really is mostly common sense questions with answers at the back of the book

I did read the book and passed the test now I'm hoping for an interview.
