Nice big waterproof bag for outdoor activities
I have used this bag a couple of times since getting it several months ago. First was for a 3 day canoe trip where this bag was used to hold my tent, sleeping bag, spare clothes and other misc (battery chargers, cook kit, etc). It worked perfect as it fit everything I needed and it all stayed dry (of course it rained during the trip :-( ). The second use was to keep my son's clothes and gear for a Scouting Winter Trek dry while stored in bed of pickup truck for 250 mile drive with some wet weather. Again it fit everything he needed and all stayed dry.So far this bag is working out great.

keeps everything dry if you pack and close it correctly
I've had this bag for almost two years now and it's an absolute must any time I go out to the lake. I love to take my stand up paddle board out to cotton wood cove and I use this to bring my gear with me. I pack everything into this duffle and strap it down to the front of my paddle board and so far it's kept my things dry. I do double wrap any electronics I have like a camp fan and my portable power bank. Just last month, I went out and unfortunately the winds picked up while I was on the lake paddling to a secluded camp spot and my board got flipped. I did manage to flip the board back over with my gear back still on it through. I had packed a few extra things during this trip so I wasn't able to fold over the top of the bag as many times as I usually do so it wasn't as air tight and a tiny bit of water got into the bag. Since I double wrapped all of my electronics in their own dry bag, nothing got damaged aside from some cigarettes' I had in my "dry" back pack. That's a completely separate item though. Pretty much everything else was just a little damp and I do feel like if I hadn't packed so much that everything would be dry. I do know that if I hadn't of double bagged my electronics they defiantly would have been ruined. Luckily none of it was affected at all. I don't like that the outer pocked has holes in it so I cant keep anything in there if it cant get wet. I also wish that there was a sipper on the top along with the Velcro to help keep everything lined up when closing the bag. Aside from that it's an excellent bag to keep your things dry. When I flipped over, the entire bag was submerged under water and was even floating a bit. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone going out on the water.

Bought this for hurricane season.
This bag turned out to so much bigger than I thought it would be so it was a great price for how large it is.I can put all my electronics and personal papers and more to protect from any water damage that may happen. It is another security preparation and a piece of mind. Hope I never have to test how water poof it is.

Well designed
The 60L is a roomy and accessible dry bag. There are a lot of great design features. One suggestion however - the exterior pocket for wet items is quite large (good!) but when not in use, it flaps down in the main compartment getting in the way while packing. It would be useful to have a snap on the side of the wet compartment to attach it to the side of the main, dry compartment.

Durable, solid and well made. Glad I bought this.
This is a great travel bag. The material is thick and the seals are well bonded. I've brought this on a couple of off-road getaways and it's been good value for the money. Haven't gone boating with it yet, but it's gone into the pool a couple of times to test it's water resistance and I'm really satisfied. One thing to note. Due to the thick, durable material, it's heavy for a duffel. Oh,... and if I had to buy it again, I'd seriously consider a top-loading one instead. Not that there's anything wrong with this one, but with a top loader, you can wear it like a back-pack. This you really need the shoulder-strap to use effectively.

Wow. Great bag -- Great deal
I'm preparing for a trek up Mt Kilimanjaro and need a bag to stuff my sleeping gear and extra clothes for the porters to carry between campsites. This is my second trek and the first time we experienced a lot of rain and my clothes got soaked but luckily dried out before we got to the colder elevations. This time we're expecting much more rain due to the season we're hiking. By rain, I mean hurricane-like downpours. So I needed a big durable waterproof bag that will likely sit in the mud, get manhandled, and beaten up traveling through international airports. This bag addresses all those needs and then some. The build quality is amazing--just keep this away from sharp objects. I imagine water would eventually work its way in if you fully submerged this for a while but this is about as waterproof as you're gonna get without a proper cinching roll-top. I got the 80L which is more than I need during the trek part but I figured out a way to collapse either or both ends to shrink it for my needs.Minor gripes are that it doesn't come with any instructions or marketing material describing all the features of the bag. Also wish there were more handles or hook up points and there isn't any obvious/ideal place to hookup the detachable shoulder strap but that's minor (looks like they want you to hook up to the two side handles).I highly recommend this bag.
