Designed to herald the World Athletics Championships in 1995 and inspired by its namesake, the Discus is polished above and patterned beneath creating a candle glow like an Olympic flame. Takes 1 tea light candle (votive) size. Really classy.

Q: Is the "plate" beneath it glass as well?

It’s not a plate... its a solid disk - i can see where it looks like a votive sitting on a glass plate. Its 1 solid discus shaped votive
