This is the only patch/tag I could find for mobility disabilities. This company, Working Service Dog, has provided a quality product which should last for some time. This two-sided patch has very tightly woven embroidery, stiffened in the center with a strong hinge clip which turns 360*. The clip is small, from multiple strokes and severe peripheral neuropathy, I have trouble grasping and holding the clip open so it can be attached. Maybe the next size larger would help. Patch slightly large for my 50 lb. collie/boxer mix but since it's attached to her collar, Size will make it very visible to others. It could also be attached to the lead. I am sure it could also be attached to the variety of vests and harnesses available in the market for working service dogs. They have several other products available, which I plan to look at.
