Great value
The quantity you get for the price is amazing! I cannot complain. Only bad thing I would say is that maybe 2 or so per color is flattened but it can be adjusted a little to fix it.

OK for home use
The rosettes were very small and short compared to picture. If using these for gifts, party favors or to sell on headbands the quality is just not there.

fixed the problem
they rosettes came vacuum packed so when I opened they were flat and deformed. I threw them in the dryer with a dryer fabric sheet and they came out beautiful
