Excellent smoker and grill
For the price this smoker/grill is an excellent value. Excellent build quality and easy assemble. It does everything as advertised, however read the directions carefully and follow them. Use the probes to dial in the temperature on the grill not the actual temperature displayed. Using the P value the exact desired temperature can be obtained and held. Prior to actual cooking follow the warm-up instructions.

difficult to assemble
The assembly is difficult - especially to do alone.

Product damaged
The grill is on day 2 of being assembled the box has to come apart to assemble so my husband is trying to put it together with mangled parts so I don't have to send it back which will be costly not worth the money or time

For the money it’s the best grill out there

Replacement parts
The electronics for the P control are stuck on one number and can't be changed. We have to compensate this by turning the heat up. This grill has been discontinued by the manufacturer and parts can't be replaced. This is the worst purchase we have ever made.

Excellent Quality Pellet Grill
This is a heavy duty, solid pellet grill. Large 20lb hopper. Tons of space, can easily cook 3 whole chickens at once. After a few months of use, no paint fading, no rust, no electrical issues. Fires up and gets to temp in about 5 minutes. At first it goes over temp getting there, like an oven, but settles to within 5 degrees once it achieves set temp in just a couple of minutes. Very well regulated. Has a convection fan to distribute heat evenly. Pellet pit needs to be cleaned out every 4 or so uses, depending on how long it runs per cycle. Shuts down automatically when you're done and place it on standby. The only cons are no external ash dump, and the bottom shelf above the wheels does not line up with the bolt holes very well, had to bend one of the legs a little. Assembly takes about 1-2 hours by yourself, and it weighs around 100 lbs.And if the power goes out, I even bought one of their $95 dollar charcoal/wood smokers since they're made so well. Last pic is that one. And yes, it's covered in pollen. Good old spring time. XD

Missing parts/power cord
Pellet grill didn't come with power cord. Unable to use grill without power cord. Contacted manufacturer to get power cord shipped. What should be a simple solution has turned into a nightmare. Manufacturer requested picture from back of grill. Picture, model number of grill and power cord that is listed in manual has been sent. Still haven't heard or received cord from manufacturer. What's the use of providing phone number for customer service if you're making a simple solution into a problem.
