After reading the reviews, I was a little nervous about getting this set, but it's been working well for months. I had no trouble building it in. I connected it with PVC piping and did not have nor have any issues. The fittings worked well and tightened nicely. Everything looks elegant and works very smoothly. We are going to purchase an extra support for the shower head (rain) arm, since it is quite a bit of weight stretching out (the same support as found on surround shower curtain rods), but this isn't a flaw since all heads of this type tend to be a little unsupported.While installing the handles for the temperature and such, I was disappointed to see that the entire thing is barely held together by a small press-screw. Seriously, this could be done with a little more strength. But I've informed my family members to not jerk hard on it and use with usual pressure, and that has held up very well. No problems at all.I'm happy and enjoying it tremendously.

The finish seems pretty durable, and the kit comes with everything you need for install. The provided directions are pretty descriptive and there’s also a few videos floating around youtube that can help you if you’re not a professional but decide to take on the install yourself. Their customer service is also exceptional, I ran into an issue and had to contact them via email, they responded and came up with a solution in less than 24 hours. A recommendation to anyone installing themselves, make sure your drop ear elbows for the bathtub spout, shower arm, and shower wand holder are set so that they will be flush with your tile, or else you will have issues with installing your fixtures. This may require you to adjust your fittings accordingly while the wall is all open and accessible. Also, the fittings that come on the shower body are sweats, if you plan on doing everything in pex you will also need to purchase new adapters.

The media could not be loaded.  The product itself is beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for and we were so excited to put it in our new Shower! WARNING though! Check to make sure the template for the Circle Plate fits right. Our Tile Guy cut it out per the template and it didn’t fit. There was a gap at the bottom. I messaged the company though and they sent a replacement that was perfect in just two days! Hence the 5 Stars because it is now perfect and the customer service was fantastic!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a beautiful product. However the knob does not screw on properly leaving it to not function properly. Hit me up, Homgoo!

The shower head looks very well made but, it just broke apart into 3 pieces. the face with all the holes fell first, followed by the inner plastic round bit, leaving just the golden backing hanging on the pipe. Looks like the plastic could not handle the pressure, this happened after almost a year or more. A latent quality fail maybe.

Just put this in a bathroom remodel that I didn’t want to break the bank on. It was very sturdy and absolutely gorgeous. No complaints

The original shower plate did not fit our hole in the tile, so I contacted the customer service and they promptly provided me with a replacement. They followed up and I let them know the replacement didn’t work so they sent me yet another one with the correct dimensions to fit!! Wonderful company to work with!!

We were doing a DIY shower renovation and used this system, my installer ran into a few issues with the face plate hole and also with how he installed the hand held too far into the wall. The company’s customer service is stellar, they sent us a new fave plate and offered to send an extension piece to help with the shower handle issue. Can’t speak highly enough for how nice and helpful they were with our issues. The shower looks great.
