In my bedroom I have a Samsung TV, a Vizio soundbar, a Roku Ultra Box, a Sony Blu-ray player, and a 4K Firestick. This remote operates everything except the Firestick, which I rarely use anyway. I have been fumbling with multiple remotes for years and thought I had to spend $100+ for a good universal remote, but this one is fantastic! The buttons are big so it's easier to use than the OEM remotes, and the back light is a huge plus (although at night it's a bit too bright). But overall, this is a great remote. Highly recommend.

This was easy to program. I used the direct way of entering codes. I have a mix of older and newer devices and everything worked.For the Apple TV, one of the codes worked but remember it isn’t the Power button, it is the home button and the arrows around ok. I was getting frustrated and then figured that part out.The disappointment is the the app buttons are not programmable. While it does say that, it does not tell you what you are getting. In the image of the description, it says Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Well I only got one of those 3. It actually came with Netflix Google Play and YouTube.I was really disappointed in that but it works so well otherwise it still got a 4.

I got this for my outdoor porch TV which I like to watch in low lighting if any. The backlighting on this light is very nice. It bright and a nice blue color which I find easy to see the buttons I want to push. I also like that it's already preprogrammed for Samsung TVs because this is what I have. So if you have a Samsung all you need to do is install the batteries and it works as if it were the original remote. I also like the size and feel and the fact that it's not overloaded with so many buttons like some other remotes, simple and easy at a great price. I might even get this to replace my Sony TV remote because of the backlighting and ease of use. I would recommend this remote.

I wanted to use this remote for a bunch of things, as new as a brand new Samsung TV and as old as a VCR from 2004. The only thing that didn’t quite work was the VCR, I tried all the codes and at best I got the power and play/pause to work. But frankly the fact that it worked at all speaks to the remote’s wide compatibility. Would recommend

I was surprised at how lightweight the units were. Programming took a few minutes as I had to try a couple different codes for the cable box and sound bar. Only real feature lacking is a button to push to activate all the buttons at once. As designed, you have to turn on each unit separately. Takes about ten seconds to push all the buttons but it would be more simple to press "turn all on".

I got this remote to replace a sony remote that got damaged…. I was pleasantly surprised that it also has Apple TV capabilities… though limited , still very functional and makes it nice to have all control in one place, I just simply grab my original Apple Remote if needed!!! Which hasn’t been a thing…..

Nearly all TV models were listed except mine, but I looked for under what other names was my TV sold under, then I found it. Yes, it can be done. Just make sure you follow the instructions STEP BY STEP and it will program just fine. Please make sure to write down the model code and it can save you some grief later.Yes, if I needed another, I would purchase this again.

This BACKLIT (!!) remote gives me control over every function in my 2013-vintage LG LED flat-screen TV. Using only the included instructions, it took about two minutes to have the remote programmed for my TV. I haven't even programmed it for my other devices. I just wanted clear backlit buttons for all of my TV's functions, and this remote did it for under $10.

I’m not a tech person so I was not sure how it was going to go. This remote was to replace a $80 higher end remote that I never did completely understand. I started to do the device programming and it was much easier than I expected! I have a Samsung tv, Bose speaker, Apple TV and cable box. I had all of them in the remote in 15mins. I made sure I didn’t have to do any extra push all these options to change the volume and to my surprise it all worked!! I do love this remote for the price, quality, and easy use. I recommend this remote for anyone who needs one.

For $10 this thing is working great. Really easy to program, and it’s awesome that it has a universal volume option where I can make sure it only ever uses our sound bar to change volume.The hiccup I had was when adding our AppleTV. The pre-programmed codes do NOT work, and if you try and get the AppleTV to learn the remote’s signals, it likely won’t work as part way through you’ll get a “this button is already in use” error. SOLUTION: Set it as something else. I entered the code for the Nvidia Shield since I know it’s a similar streaming thing, and then the AppleTV learned the IR signals without a hitch.Overall good experience, easy to program, and it’s saved us needing multiple remotes.. mostly. Still haven’t gotten it to work with our Bell PVR (Arris brand), but we rarely use it since we can access all the functions from the Bell Fibe TV app on the AppleTV.

I love that it is back-lit. Saves on hydro since I don't need a light on to read it. Really good value for money. I've ordered another one for our other TV.
