Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac Traction Radial Tire - 265/75R16 123Q

Good tires for the winters up here on the Kenai Peninsula. I expected a lot of road noise from these tire on smooth, dry roads, but NOPE. These tires are really quiet. I got these tires for my 2003 2500HD Silverado which has the stock tire size as 245 75 16, and the tires I bought were the 265 75 16. They fit great with plenty of room on a stock Chevy truck with no rubbing on the fender. These tires track great on the highway and they don't get stuck in the road ruts. The only negative I have with these tires is they don't do great on the ice. My truck will fishtail on ice with these tires, and stopping distance on ice is about average. But, these are all-season tires. Actual soft snow tires would be best for icy roads, but then you have to pay $200 a year putting them on and off, and you have a place to store tires. There are holes in tread of these tires for installing studs for driving on ice, but I just drive slower. Not sure it would be worth having the studs installed.For a load range E "jack of all trades" tire that excels in mud and snow, this is probably the best tire to put on your truck, and well worth the price. Very happy, and will buy the Wrangler DuraTrac again.

Best tire ever!! I was worried about balancing and noise and don't have a problem with either. I recommend getting the equal balancing Powder put in them opposed to weights on the rims it works amazing I can do a 100 the highway in my fj and it rides like a Cadillac. I revised this couple times cause they just keep impressing me. I drive 40 miles one way to work and pouring rain and wet roads is like driving on a dry day. We went over the mountains and through some areas the mud was a foot deep or better and I walked right through no problem. It's a snowy,sleeting,rainy mess out tonight on the way to work and its just amazing how these tires handle. I will never buy anything else as long as these are made. I was never a night fan of good year but this is how you make a mark is put out a tire like this

These are AWESOME tires in the deep snow. I mean the traction is just unbelievable. I thought to try these after using nothing but BFG AT/KO2 exclusively...they're just as good if not slightly better.However, these are slightly bigger than the KO2s even of the same size, I think the side lugs are bigger on these so I had to trim a good chunk out of my fenders. Just make sure you measure your clearances carefully on full lock in either direction.

These tires are perfect!They are rugged, tough, and have given me way better performance offroad! They aren't as amazing as dedicated off road tires, but these things have really given me the edge and helped me bush my SUV to the limits.The work great on the highway as well, haven't seen any issues with gas mileage yet.There is, of course, a little sound at highway speed, but it hasn't bothered me.Whether you have a part time off road vehicle, or something full time these tires are perfect!

I love these tires, definitely worth the price and Made in the USA. This is our second set on a 2500 Suburban. With occ. heavy towing and living on a ranch our first set got nearly 55k miles. Just make sure you rotate and keep the correct pressure in the tire to get maximum performance.

Put these on my 86’ K20 ! Went entirely through Pa winter, never put it in 4 wheel drive!!! Have over 10k miles on then now , no wear, no cupping, no feathering! These things wear like iron! Minimal road noise, believe me in an 86’ metal box you hear everything!!!Can’t say enough!! If they ever wear out, I will definitely buy again!!!And they look cool

“DISLIKE”Do Not Buy this tire☠️It is one of the slickest tire performance ever. You will spin out on turns and skid right through stop signs. I could not get them off my Jeep fast enough. Spend a few more dollars for a Better tire and protect your family and yourself and others.

Impressed with the ride, almost like riding on a cloud. This is on a very stiff 3/4 ton work truck! Have had the truck 7 years and never expected such a pleasant ride now. Wish I would have put these on 7 years ago!
