I bought this tape for my daughter and she loved it. The color pops out and is so bright. This tape really helped with her wrist and shoulder pain. It is very sticky and can handle sweat. I’m so happy I came across this tape. I need knee replacement in both knees. I’ve tried everything, medicine, PT, injections, etc. Now I’m not saying my pain is totally gone, but I haven’t had this much relief in a long time. This tape sticks very well. I’ve showered and it is still in the same place. I cleaned my leg with alcohol before applying. The strips good in length, I actually cut one in half. I did not stretch the tape at either end and rubbed it after applying. This is a good tape that gets the job done! I definitely will buy again and I recommend!

This gave my rotator cup stability, prior to physical therapy. I was able to continue to play pickleball and this KT tape gave me additional support. Added benefit was being able to shower with it on. I can recommend this product.

I’ve been experiencing shoulder tendinitis for almost a year now that I thought was caused by either my bicep, Tricep or forearm. I’ve tried so many things - chiropractor, cupping, dry needling, scraping, stretching, not working out, etc. The intensity of it comes and goes, but is always there.Someone recently suggested that the true culprit might be my neck even though I feel no discomfort in my neck. I started stretching it with some ice and heat which alleviated the pain more than anything has yet. So, I looked up how to tape the neck when it is causing shoulder pain. This tape does great and it works! The only reason I took a star away is because the adhesion is not as strong as it claims to be. When I run out of this roll I will look at purchasing either the KT Tape Pro or the Pro Extreme. Other than that, I love the length and thickness of the tape because I can cut it in half either way and still have a long or wide enough strip for what I need.

Must have for my lacrosse player daughter. She uses it to help with shin splints. It stays much better than the knock iff brands. Tried those and came back to KT for the quality.

Works great! Helps to have a video e.g. guide you through proper taping procedure if you are new to the use of tape. Tape stays on after a shower or the pool.

I searched online for a while to find a good ktape and this was recommended however, the tape does not stay on for more than a day. I tried a different brand that cost less and have been on for two days now.

I love KT tape. I use it daily. I’m getting ready to have a knee replacement and I use it to support my knee. I can definitely feel the difference when I don’t use it. I like it better than the standard knee brace.
