I really like this thing. I used it on my Pit Barrel Cooker to make chicken shawarma. I used the long spit for this cook and it fit 2.5lbs of marinated chicken thighs and a whole (small) pineapple. It cooked over coals and wood for almost 1.5 hours and no warping. I wrapped the bottom with heavy duty foil so there would be no burning from marinade and pineapple dripping but some still leaked on it. Soaked in hot water, ran through the dishwasher and came out spotless.

I use this thing almost daily. I meal prep//make a lot of street tacos. I've roasted whole chickens on this thing. It's amazing. Worth every cent! The skewer is very sharp, and very thick. So, be careful.

I love this!! It does make a lot of food. The product is easy to set up, use and clean. I recommend it.

I must admit I was / am surprised b my the quality and how sturdy this cooking tool is for every day use. It cleans up super easy and only suffered from some normal discoloring of using over heat and smoke. I’ve used it a bunch of times for tacos Al Pastor, chicken and even a veggies. Having the two different sizes makes it flexible. The shorter one works with the smoker and the longer one works with my grill. I am thinking of getting a second one as I use it all the time! It’s something to add to your backyard cooking set!

Unless you want a little extra iron (steel flakes) in your diet, RUN, these "skewers" are just plain BAD. This is not what I'd expect from a food grade product and I'm not comfortable using them for such. The metal holes in the skewers still had metal pieces that weren't reamed out, and the edges were covered in burrs and unevenly filed, only wish I looked at it closer when I first received it so I could still return and invest in a nicer setup.The pan looks decent, and being able to catch drippings is a nice touch compared to other available models, but the mount for the skewers would be a royal PITA to clean, so I haven't used it that either.EDIT: After posting this, they did reach out to me within a few days and offered a refund.

The skewers had an undesirable finish, not sure if it is even rated food safe therefore the skewers are going in the trash and I will make my own. Working in a metal shop building aircraft part for over 10 years has given me the knowledge to spot mediocre work.
