This was my first OnePlus smart phone I e ever owned and my experience with it for the first time was exhilarating! I only wish I paid closer attention to what I was ordering because I wanted a new phone and not a "renewed" phone. Also, I appreciate the asking price for an unlocked phone, but I didn't want the T-Mobile branding on the phone's startup screen or the T-Mobile bloatware that can't be removed. I figured out how to 'hide' the bloatware and therefore there is no love lost.

Look the phone is in good condition, so far it works ok. I giving it 1 star ⭐ time searching on Amazon to find this phone for a project and I needed this specific model HD1905 global/US. The phone came with model HD1907 which is locked with T-Mobile. I needed HD1905 why you guys sent me this one?? This phone is not even dual SIM

I bought this as a replacement for my one plus 5T it's much quicker and came in fairly fast in great condition nothing wrong with it and overall a great photo for the price

i sat and watched someone remotely controlling my phone the first day or two. you cant imagine how creepy it is to watch someone manipulating your phone. oneplus was no help, he cut my connection with their tech. amazons concern is a refund, hes unquestionably got my info and when he interfered with my oneplus connection i felt physically endangered. there was an existing backdoor left when phone was traded in and it was not discovered in the refurbishing. i have since unlocked bootloader and reinstalled firmware to no avail. its still comprimised, i advise anyone who purchased thie phone to have it professionally checked

Good phone but overheating is a big issue

I really liked it. The camera, fingerprint scanner, especially the face recognition were fantastic. The only thing that isn't the best is the battery life.
