I installed this unit to replace an 18 year old Frigidaire unit that failed!! It fit perfectly and works and looks great!! The only thing I miss is the nameplate is printed, and not in cursive!!

I really like this microwave. Good power for over the range. We vented outside and that fan really is amazing! If only someone could make a fan that’s quieter! It’s very loud an high. Even loud on low. The popcorn button is perfect. So is the baked potato button. I like to 10 and 30 second buttons. I expect this to hold up. I’ve had good luck with Frigidaire products.

This microwave is roomy and works great. Love the melt feature! I clicked 5 stars for “easy to install” but we paid a handyman to do it. He had it done in a half hour.

Amazon said my return had been approved ny the seller and sent me a pre-paid return label addressed to the seller in Edison, NJ.There is a message from the seller saying not to use that label, and if I do, they won't pay for the shipping. What does that mean to me? They will send their own label, which I have not received.Bargain Ben, the seller, sent me a message asking about the issues that I reported. I reiterated what I said previously and asked what wasn't clear.I let Bargain Ben know that I did not want a malfunctioning microwave, the inside light stays on constantly and the rotating table rotates constantly when the door is shut (no time entered and the Start button hasn't been pushed.) The only way the rotating stops is if the door stays opened.This unit has never been used. It acted this way as soon as the installer plugged it in.Horrible customer service. What is Bargain Ben going to do about a microwave made in China?I want to return this and I want a refund. I do NOT want a replacement unit.Follow up - I was able to return the unit using the return label provided by Amazon, and I did get a refund.

Work great installation easy and nice price, works

Microwave arrived packed well inside box. The microwave itself is attractive. It was easy to install. The microwave works well including the fan. All in all, I’m very happy with it.
