Better than Metra
I had the Metra for my '05 Mazda Tribute. The way they designed it, the clips would keep on popping out and the upper left side of my double din would always sink further in.However, the way Scosche designed this, it fit perfectly and snuggly. Works perfectly, highly recommended. Especially if you're on the fence between which to choose. The other is overrated compared to this one, especially for double din applications.

Wasn’t a perfect fit
When I installed this kit it wasn’t a perfect fit. Wasn’t really happy with this.

Great fit
Great fit! Almost too great…if I have to pull the head unit out I will definitely need to use some tools but other than that it looks great, is snug and I’m happy.It would be nice if some sort of removal tool was included.

My brother installed it and it fit perfect in the spot and it was easy to install.

Not Happy
The Introduction in the booklet indicates "Included are all the parts you need to mount your car stereo...."; however, the screws were missing, as well as the rear support straps. We had to make-shift to install the stereo with the only three parts that came in this 'kit'. Additionally, the mounting panel did not fit so we had to shave some down to fit solid. Not happy.

A little on the cheap side. Once installed, it works great, but I didn't break it. I imagine that'd be an easy thing to do, because it is pretty flimsy. I've been using it for a year now, and it's working great.

standard double din.. doesn't fit all radios
good indash fit... no screws come with it... had to modify it a bit to fit the radio... overall was satisfied.
