This door is amazing!!! Great quality and what a great solution for our unique closet/bathroom door opening! Yay! Highly recommend this door kit!

We had a broken bracket and the company sent a replacement right away. They were very courteous with their reply and solved the problem right away. Very impressive.The door itself is nice knotty pine. 10 minutes of light sanding followed by an hour to assemble. Staining took ten minutes. The frame is rock solid and holds the woods pieces firmly in place. Some metal pieces on the inside of the metal frame where the screw holes were drilled should be knocked out to ease assembly. That's my only hint. Great door ... Great company. A+++++🤗

Although this was a relatively easy assembly, the manual was one sheet of instructions. They specify a board to begin the sequence (C1) and a board for the end (C3) but the marking on the boards were very faint and it was not clear which one started and which one ended. We ended up at the end of one of them with two slots and not tab. It was unclear if a board was incorrect or we messed up but it looks fine.The quality of the board were good. They were mostly straight and all were useable. The frames screw holes were not bored all the way through which left some metal on the inside which caused some minor issues when sliding the boards up and into place as well as drilling but they were minor.I have not hung these yet so I may do an update. All in all right now I would consider purchasing again.

This is a great value for the money. Final assembled product looks great. Best to stain and seal the boards prior to assembly. Fully lay out the boards before placing any screws, otherwise you might end up with a gap at the bottom (or top). You may need to place a slight gap between boards. Not an issue because of the tongue-in-groove design. Final product gives a solid feel and appearance, but is surprisingly light.

We bought product unfinished PINE with metal frame. The description has since been updated to be PVC.we bought:42 in. x 84 in. Because this is PINE, the boards do warp slightly.The primary issue is assembly. If you snugly push together the tongue and groove joins between each board, you are left with ONE inch gap at one end.Tongue and Groove connection between adjacent boards is meant to be snugly pushed together. I don't want to pull apart (to fill up the ONE inch hap) and turn this into something that looks like shiplap.A large amount of effort was invested with sand, stain, and seal. It's frustrating to now realize manufacturer doesn't understand how to do math.

The wood was soo warped it was so difficult to put together. A lot of the wood chipped since it did not fit into the other piece because the wood was warped so different with each piece. I had to sand a lot of the ends of the wood to force them into the frame track. Some I even had to step on to flatten them out and hammer the other wood piece in. After all the struggling there's an inch gap at the top. I bought this in Dec. 30th and just got around to putting it together so I'm screwed on any return or refund option since it's now Feb. Whatever you do, just don't order this. I wish I would have just paid more for a better quality door. To make matters worse, I had ordered 2 of these. Save yourself the waste of time and money and just get a better quality door, even if it does cost a little more.

wished i could leave a better review than this. took longer to get it ready for painting as the surface wasn't smooth. had to sandpaper. assembly was tough due to 3 warped panels. had to put together then take out 4 times to rearrange the panels to make sure that it'd fit within the metal frame. then the door handle broke as the screws were too long (as it wouldn't secure on both ends). now we have to look for a new handle that hopefully would fit the same holes that we had drilled through. quality is cheap overall.

Worst product ever. The wood was so warped that you couldn’t even interlock the pieces together. By far, I would avoid this product at all costs and spend your money on a better product. Absolute dumpster fire here. The frames didn’t go together (easily) because of the warped wood. Did I mention that the frame is about 1-1/2” taller than the wood pieces so there is an odd gap either at the top or bottom of the frame.
