I love the steam capability for baking bread. I only wish the oven was bigger, so I can accommodate baguettes. As it is, its big enough for one decent size of sourdough bread.

This is an excellent appliance. I have used one for many years. Unfortunately the replacement I ordered had a problem, and I returned it. But the company was kind and issued me a refund. I recommend the product and the company.

The box seemed to have been opened previously and shipped in manufactures box.Over all the product was packed well no defects from what I could see and everything appeared to be in order.So far we’ve used it to reheat food with the super steam which works really well.We purchased it to replace our microwave and so far so good.I was not happy with the fact that it did not come with an instructions manual so we didn’t know if any of the accessories were missing since the box appeared to previously have been opened.

As I’ve expanded my frequency of making bread at home, I wanted to explore the possibility of having a steam oven. This is a very reasonably priced item, is compact, user-friendly. I’ve used it for steam baking bread, but also love it for making toast. Highly recommended.

This is a very versatile oven and I use it almost every day since 2018. It is very convenient. I really like its steaming function, I can use it to imitate a dutch oven to bake breads. This oven can release steam in the early stage of bread baking. I also use its WARM or Super Steam function for dough proofing. I use this oven for toasting and baking most of times. Occasionally I use it for steaming. The reason I leave my review is because I just found out at the Cuisinart website that this model is discontinued. I am sad to find this news. Although my oven is still working, I plan to buy the same or their latest product from Cuisinart for my next replacement. I wish Cuisinart will change their mind and resume this product line.

This unit have a large number of features and cooking features. It does do them all, but the multi-functional capability has made it not exceptional at any single feature. Our unit replaced a $60 simple convection oven and the $60 unit does a better job as a toaster, over, boiler, or convection oven. Also, tried to use this unit to replace a steamer at the same time, and the recently broken $25 steamer also steams better than this unit does. The units does do it all, just not exceptionally well on any single one of them.

OK, I get it, it's healthier than a microwave. Not faster. Takes time to adjust. Most of the meals don't include instructions for use in this type of oven. main point is why does it constantly make these popping sounds?

Love the combo but does take long to heat up food. I love that I have a convection with steamer. This is super useful when I want best of both world without extra appliance and take up space. Does take time to tinker all the temperatures but once you’re used to it. You’ll love it.
