I’ve been using this fabric softener for years now. I am allergic to synthetic fragrance and also have issues with eczema and this product is good for both. Please disregard reviews that say it doesn’t dissolve when they place it in the rinse cycle, as the instructions clearly say to place it at the very beginning of the wash. Some people really either never read nor follow instructions, even such clear ones as place in washer with laundry detergent. I’ve included a photo of the instructions that come with this product. I will say that realistically not much fragrance remains if you put clothes in the dryer, but my hang dry clothes do retain a slight lavender smell and all clothes are as soft as a regular liquid softener. Some reviews say they clump together, but I just put them in an air tight jar and have never had an issue with moisture or clumping. When used correctly this product works extremely well.

I really like Dropps products. The laundry soap cleans really well, the fabric softener removes static and very slightly softens clothes without a weird residue in the fabric. It leaves behind a very subtle but pleasant scent. I have a very sensitive nose and skin. I’ve tried all the scents and love the orange blossom the best. Unfortunately Amazon doesn’t offer orange blossom fabric softener at this time. I ordered it directly through their website. BIG MISTAKE! Good luck ever getting your order. 9 days later it finally ships out, the slowest and most expensive shipping method possible. Customer service is rude, condescending and lies about the status of the order. Major hassle over laundry products!?? Seriously?!? Order through Amazon and avoid the shipping headache. Get your products quickly and as scheduled so you don’t have to deal with rude twerps through email. I’ve ordered 3 different times from their website each time a new problem with shipping. Damaged product, long delays leaving their facilities, back ordered, etc etc. which is all fine but the nasty customer service, has made me reconsider supporting this company in any way.Bottom line. Order from Amazon. Great product- all of the Dropps stuff. Even the dishwasher packs!

I just finished my first box of using these pods. They do not smell too much, would not recommend if you like perfumed smelling clothes. I detect a small scent but works for us. Our clothes feel soft but best part is not lugging large jugs from Costco or Sam's anymore. I just placed an order for more.

I started investigating laundry choices that have less plastic waste about a year ago. I found Dropps brand listed as kind to the environment. I ordered the smallest quantity to test it out. This brand gets my clothes cleaner than any other detergent I have ever used in my 45 years of doing laundry. We love it and as soon as I am out of the other cleaners in my house I am switching those too!I bought the glass jars that hold them. I use the stain and odor version of the detergent, the fabric softener and the oxi booster pods. I use the crisp and clean fragrance. The fragrance is very light if anything at all. They do sell unscented products. I use dryer balls with essential oils if I want something to smell good. I also use their dishwashing booster spray. It is excellent in cutting grease! If I have something with a burned on or greasy mess, I spray it and come back after I'm done loading and/or washing and cleaning up the kitchen. I use my soft or hard bristle brush and it is all good. I love these products!

We are making a real effort to cut back on plastics and thought this would be a good step in the right direction. Here are a couple of key points.Packaging well it is better than plastic, but there was to much for the volume of product. I might have believed that the extra material was need to protect the product inside however....Opening. 20% of the small packets were damaged and the contents sliding around the inside of the box.Use. The first load the exterior shell never dissolved when places in the dispenser So no softener dispensed. Second use placed directly in the load during the start of the rinse cycle. The outer shell only partially dissolved.Tried opening the packets and adding the softener directly to load. When I pulled clothes out the were small pieces of softener stuck on them.Tried dissolving them in warm water first and they still did not release the softener. When I opened the packets and let them soak in the rinse cycle. The dissolved softener did not add much softness to the clothes.Overall high hopes dashed by poor performance.

Pods work well, used for years. I usually use with a small net bag to avoid occasional residue from the pod not breaking down fully (yes, even following instructions). Would rate higher but the new lavender scent is gross. I’m not generally sensitive to scents but this one gives me an insta headache. Much more floral perfume than the lavender eucalyptus of the old scent. Looks like I’ll have to switch to the unscented but will fondly remember the days when my laundry smelled fresh and clean. Ah well.

I have a smaller asian washer and these are perfectly sized for my needs. Pop it in, no mess, no clean up. They work wonderfully and I have zero complaints. I will buy more when I am out. Love this product so much. I also use the Dropps detergent. It works wonders. If you have a bad stain, or a smell (like cat pee) you need to get out, throw the detergent, the softner and a bit of baking soda in the wash and the odder is totally gone. Just ask my cats. They are 100% less likely to pee on anything I wash with this. Yes, that's right, they won't pee on it once it is washed this way. Perfect for all pet owners as it's nontoxic to both animals and humans. So if someone gets a bright idea to eat a pod, they will get sick but it won't kill them. Please don't eat the pods. All the pods. No eat pods. Please.
