Not terrible, not great. Out of the box the internals made it thump when turning on. Sprayer is way too gentle and it's not my psi. Meh. Good customer support as always, can't deny that.

This was to replace a Pfizer faucet in our kitchen. Installation was simple - as simple as reaching up under the sink can be. I just made myself as comfortable as possible, and went to work laying on my back with a pillow. I connected the supply lines before threading them through the hole, so as to not have to try to tighten them with a wrench in the tight area under the counter behind the sink. This worked very well. The assembly tightens easily without tools, by two large plastic nuts that are turned by hand. The sprayer hose clips right into place, after finding the proper alignment. My advice there is to look at the alignment before putting the faucet in, then it is easier to know which way to turn the sprayer hose connection. No leaks, and so far so good.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that we had to return/replace the first one because the valve assembly was loose in the housing. There were no problems with the exchange, but the second one had a rough spot on the handle. I switched the handle on the new one with the defective one, which was in better shape, but still has a small rough spot in the finish. I probably could have exchanged it again, but after two installations, I didn't have the desire to do it a 3rd time. Plus, the rough spot is hardly noticeable unless I look for it. In the end, it's a great faucet for the price. I'm sure a more expensive one would have a better finish, but in today's economy...

Otherwise its nice doesn't look bad either. Time will tell on durability not built too sturdy a bit more delicate than other brands.

The only reason I bought this faucet AGAIN is b/c it's the only one in the universe that fits my vintage steel sink cabinet. The first one rusted and sprung a leak after only 5 years--they sure don't make this stuff like they used to. The original faucet on this sink was probably 70+ years old.

It looks "great" installed and works fine. Does like I read prior to buying have a jerk/kick too it from the water when you first raise the handle. So far, I'm fine with it. As mentioned, it looks great and works also easy to install "but" it's a very light weight facet. But it's what I could afford. Thanks For Reading And Have A Great Week. <:0)

These crap out and drip leak after 10 years, but cheap and easy to replace (since you will not be able to remove the old faucet handle to just replace the cartridge). Your experience depends on how much under cabinet yoga you need to do to access the plastic retainer nuts. If they are frozen on and you cannot seem to loosen them, just destroy them with a drill and a screwdriver...until you can lift out the old faucet assembly. When there is a will......there is a way.

Looks great, but don't be expecting a 200.00 Faucet since you're only paying around 50. The old adage remains true to this day,,,You get what you paid for... but still great for the price.

The hook up for the sprayer would not snap into place. The plumber was unable to install this faucet so we returned it.

First one was missing parts. Second one defective. Returned both. I do not recomend this product.
