This bread has the taste and texture of regular, high-carb bread. I have had it plain, with butter only, and used it for sandwiches and French toast. It doesn't knock me out of ketosis and I don't feel like I'm eating a fake substitute. The size of the slice is also like regular bread. It is the best keto bread I have tried (I tried about 3 other brands and made my own.) The only downside is the cost. I understand real food ingredients cost more, but this bread costs a couple dollars more per unit than similar products. However, since it's not really comparable to other products because it doesn't have an aftertaste, is larger than the size of a half piece of bread like some others, and doesn't have an odd texture I will continue to buy it. My search for keto bread is over!

This is very good Leto bread. Arrived fresh. I froze some of it and it tasted good after I took it out of the freezer.

Well first off I am going to say that what ever kind of keto bread you get it’s just not going to be the same as the real deal. With that being said I thought this bread is a great keto bread. It is a little dry, I toasted mine and had a turkey sandwich. I was very impressed. It’s all about compromise and if you are a bread person like I am it is really nice to know I can actually have a bread that I can eat and still stay on my sloppy keto diet. It tastes pretty close to the real deal as you could get. If you choose to buy just know nothing is going to be exactly like the real deal but I can live with eating this when I have a hankering for a sandwich or toast. I would buy again. I also put mine in freezer and will take out needed slices as I go. The manufacturer states that it stays good in freezer up to one year. So I say thumbs up to the manufacturer for working hard on giving us this bread alternative. It is a bit pricey but all low carb stuff is. I wish it wasn’t like that but that’s just how diabetic and low carb things are. Freshness was as fresh as it could be considering it was shipped out.

I like the flavor and texture. It would be perfect if the soybean oil was replaced with a KETO compliant oil. It is also quite pricey.

All right I don't really do reviews but I figured I should write this one. I ordered this bread because I am on the keto diet for about a month. I typically do not like to count net carbs but I went ahead and tried it with this bread. I ate two sandwiches throughout the day which should have been a net carb of 4 g. Well I checked my ketosis level this morning. Unfortunately this I was at a 0.2. Prior to eating this bread I was a 2.4 . I ate perfect with no other carbs at all. In the future I will not trust the net carbs and only go by the total carbs. I am checking my ketosis level with a ketosis meter via blood draw. The bread tastes good but again won't work for me on ketosis diet.

I am a low carb expert. This bread is an amazing substitute for bread. The flavor isn’t all that impressive. However, the texture is perfect. I do find that this bread needs to be toasted in order to really taste its best. I love this for toast with butter! Perfect also for grilled cheese sandwiches. This bread is not for eating plain, untoasted though. I am obsessed! I’ll never buy another brand again!! Not funky stevia flavor either.

Wow!! This is by far the BEST keto friendly bread I have tried! I have been on keto for a year , I've lost 187 pounds ! I've tried so many breads and have never found one I liked. I decided to quit trying keto breads because I was wasting so much money then I came across this bread and decided to give it a try ! I'm so glad I did! This bread is the closest to real bread I have tried! Taste is good , pieces are normal size, no after taste and is does Not spike my blood sugar at all! I give this bread a 9 only because I wish there was a way to get it sooner so it's fresh. It is a little pricey, but worth it!

This keto bread is amazing…an extraordinary replacement for us on keto diets. The manufacturer has discontinued direct sales, and the Amazon price is a significant upcharge. To make it worse, the fresh bread was squished in a too small carton and was crushed…NOT ACCEPTABLE for the price
