I have no clue what I am doing, but the cards that come are helpful. The mat is very soft and thick. The stretching band is amazing! I highly recommend this product.

Il est bien écrit "Lot de 7 tapis de yoga" et avec un prix de 183$, j'étais convaincue d'acheter 7 tapis de yoga. Et non! Quelle ne fut pas ma frustration de constater qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul tapis avec quelques articles, oui, mais je ne comprends guère ce coût élevé. J'avais commandé 4 lots pour équiper une salle de yoga dans mon école. Je dois donc tout retourner!
