Important for those who like their body and build muscle body.
At first I glanced at this book out of curiosity and I must admit I found some good and important principles for those who cultivates their body (and for me – as a guide of building something else). This book has important and basic explanations that may shed light on the actions tend to practice. After reading this book and understanding the exercises I think it will make much better results.Ask me why? Because after one understands the results of each exercise - this may prevent injuries or counterproductive. Tips in this book teachers perform more accurately and increase the power and size of operations. In my opinion, anyone who cares about cultivating his muscles and his body - good and important he acquired this book.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a clear and effective way to finally achieve true results in the gym. This is a very balanced book when it comes to diet and exercise, and I believe it would benefit both women and men equally. I feel this book has been the tool I need to fuel my motivation and give me an exact map to what I need to do in the gym and outside of it, how to maximize my results. I don’t think anyone who reads this and truly applies it will be disappointed.

Inspired me to get back to Gym Class!
How I wish I got this book when I was still enrolled in gym class. I wanted to tone my muscles way back then but what I got was a bigger me ( I'm not sure if I was leaner) instead of the sculpted muscles I so desired. Think bikini body, think surfer look, think model was what I wanted. My diet at that time was also not that commendable. This book is superb with complete illustrations on proper exercise forms. Different exercises for different body parts were well laid out. Explanations on the the muscle group were also clearly presented.I love this book. Maybe there is still time for me to get back in shape.

This is a good gym workout guide when my hubby finds the time to enrol in a gym. It’s very detailed for each workout like the main and secondary muscles involved, equipment to use, exercise type, force to use, position, execution, tips & safety, as well as variation. There were also illustrations to give the reader an idea of what the workout looks like. This is for you if you’re in the gym to add strength and muscle.

Great for beginners and good reference book
Like many others have said, this book is great for beginners. You might want to skip it if you have some weight lifting/gym experience though. The book itself is pretty well laid out, and it has a good set of exercises to help with workouts. I was a bit disappointed when I first went through it, but then I found that it makes a good reference point for whenever I want to mix up my workouts with different exerecises.

More than just the basics of Fitness!
I really appreciated this book, it's more than just the basics of fitness. It shows many exercises that I knew of, but also quite a few that I didn't. I also like how it went above and beyond with actual anatomy and explanations! Most fitness books just focus on the movements. This was a great book that included pictures and diagrams! I'd recommend it to beginners and intermediate gym-goers!
