2021 Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, 128GB, Phantom Gray, Dual Sim (e-Sim) (Renewed)

Very happy with this phone which I purchased for an xmas present for someone. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. It is in excellent condition and was well received on xmas day. I've waited until now to write a review to ensure the phone continued working - which it does! Price was just right.

Phone arrived on time, looked totally brand new, complete with charger. Much better than my old S10. Great value for the money.

Described as excellent condition and although it is good there were scratch /wear marks around the casing. But good screen and works perfectly

AVOID, product said its in excellent condition which is a lie, product came with lots of scratches on it and battery doesn't last 1 hour, i charged it 10 times in a day so far, how is this condition excellent

S21 provided by jq solutionsI've had the galaxy s21 a while now, when it arrived the only visual damage was on the back camera bump which was a tiny dot that could only be seen very closely. The device arrived fast and was in flawless condition. A few days later though there was pixel burn in on the screen but the seller (jq solutions) was easy to contact and acted professionally throughout.The phone arrived in good packaging and came with a sim ejector tool, charging brick and cable (looked used and was unfortunately a slow charger) but still better than the 0 charging bricks samsung provides.Pros:Great cameraAmazing screenFast when it comes to games and Internet speed.Amazing customer supportFast deliveryUnlockedULTRA Cheap compared to newExcellent condition really means excellent!Would be better if:It came with a screen protector, don't want to get it dirty fastIt came with a usb c to auxIt arrived with a fast charger or one that's not usedWhat you should know:The amazon listing states that model would be a dual sim but the one I received was the single sim snapdragon variant. Esims are possible but not my cup of tea.P.s. this was the first refurbished device I've brought and I was a nervous wreck till it arrived but I would happily buy again. Hopefully future support would be just as good.

This phone was described as a refurbished item and rated as in "Excellent" condition by the Seller.The Front , Back , and most importantly the Screen were unmarked. - V. GoodHowever the edges , particularly the area around the USB C charging socket , have considerable signs of wear with multiple small scratches , probably due to interaction in a pocket with keys & coins. - Not so GoodThe phone itself works extremely well , battery charges up to 100% , and it is very fast , with a really responsive screen.So in spite of all the Cosmetic damage around the edges , I am more than happy to keep it.Unlike the previous owner I have bought a Wallet style case which (I hope) should protect it from further abuse.

Perfect condition. Like a brand new phone. 10/10
