Fits as expected
If you have this DeWalt 10 inch portable saw and do woodworking you will need this throat plate to do dado cuts. The saw doesn't come with the dado insert. This fits as expected and will do the job right.

Fits like original.
Fit perfectly and looks like original. Feels sturdy even though it is plastic. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Looks like a good value for the price.

Fits my Dewalt DWE7491RS
It fits on the dewalt DWE7491RS table saw. It does not sit very flat out of the package though. Some adjusting of screws were necessary and even then its not a great flat fit. It is the right size and shape just does not sit flush. It is plastic and ‘flimsy’ but it does the job for what i need and cheaper than the Dewalt version. I have made a few cuts using my dado blade set and it has worked for me

Not a perfect fit
This throat plate seemingly is made of plastic. It does not sit in the saw perfectly, but does have adjustment screws to set a height. However, there is no way to lock the plate so as not to move. It’s weight by itself does not allow the plate to sit firmly in place. It works, but does not allow reliability.

Fits like a glove
No issues with this fitting my dewalt jobsite tablesaw. Very happy.

At least two different sizes.
Make sure when ordering that you get the correct plate for your type of saw. I purchased the wrong one the first time. Throats are different as far as where the throat opening is in relation to dimensions to each side.

Does NOT fit DWE7491rs (TYPE 10) without modifications!
The plate does not work my new DWE7491rs (Type 10), contrary to the product description, without substantial modification. I had to grind off an 8" x .5" x .21" strip to get it to fit over the fabric strip on the saw under the plate. The add says it fits. It does not (see other reviews also on this point). Unless you have a Dremel type grinder, you're out of luck. This is my 1st negative review ever.
