This thing has worked wonders on my lower back. The first thing I will say about this is that it does get some getting used to if you are using it for the first time. The little bumps were really difficult for me to lay on the first few times but it really helped with my lower back. It created a hot spot on my back which is nice. If you are always working in an office chair this thing works wonders. The device is pretty sturdy so it will not lose shape or break when you lay or lean on it. The back strap is nice for when I am sitting for long periods and just want that extra back support. I really like using it for a few minutes at night before bed after a long day. It really helps my lower back in the morning. I could lay on it for fifteen to twenty minutes and next day my back definitely feels better. I could sit in my chair without feeling as much pain although I would still recommend you stand up and walk around every two hours. The design is meant to ensure you do not slide off or the device does not slide. It has pretty good grip so adjust accordingly. The back brace is good as well in terms of staying on. It can be adjusted for comfort but be aware that the back brace is sweat absorbent. I found washing this in the washer is fine but air dry. The material does not chafe on my skin either if you want to wear it that way. Overall this is a good thing to have if you happen to have that lower back pain or just want to decompress you spine.

This works great for my sciatica pain. I lay on it every day for 7 minutes and pain has gone from an 8’to mostly non existent in a couple of weeks.

La idea, el diseño,el tamaño está muy bien pero el material no es tan sólido peso 180 libras apenas me acosté encima como dice se debe de hacer el plástico con el que viene se hundió...bueno lo puse más arriba entre los pulmones y como quiera se hundió el plástico.....para mí peso realmente no sirve.....llego bien empacando a tiempo muy decente el delivery pero el material no está como muy bueno

This product help with stretching the back. I have a pinched nerve and this helps with relief. It can get uncomfortable a-little but definitely worth the try.

I feel like the stretch that I achieve from using this product is good for me. I like the feeling and increased flexibility, I have gained.

It connected together pretty easily and changes between options easily too. So far seems like it's going to perfect for stretching my back.
