NOT rotini.. and NOT good
ok.. I bought on a whim. Wanted to see what this looks like. The noodles are more akin to cheap cup-o-noodle style, not a rotini.Additionally, the whole process does not well rehydrate with hot, or even boiling water. To get it to go, you will end up having to cook it. at which point you might as well buy a higher quality normal mac and cheese product.Finally.. you will have to choose between using the directed amt of water, and ending up with crunchy noodles up top, or too much water and having it be runny or gellid.In short.. you can do better. Even for emergency rations.
