Instructions on mounting and operation would help
Not retractable, you roll it out and in by balancing it in your hands. DOES NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS!!! Kind of confusing what to do with the hardware and how to set it up when it’s rolled out.

Pretty awesome awning
Pretty freaking awesome. Have used it a handful of times so far. Seems sturdy. Great large awning for the price. A little difficult to figure out the mount, but took an hour or so. Not horrible. I would totally recommend this.

It’s an ok product for its price range
This awning is good. It’s just a little hard to deploy by one person. The does not lock well, you have to play with the pole to help it lock into the right height. The legs will drop cause the locking mechanism is not well made I should’ve just spend a little extra money and get a better awning.

No instructions came with and had to modify the brackets. Canopy itself was great!!

The awning does not come with any instructions for mounting to your vehicle. The seller did not include them in product images either. After searching the web for about an hour, I finally found these instructions from a different brand awning with the exact same design.

Great Value for Canopy / Awning
For the price point this is perfect!The first thing people will do is compare this to awning that cost 2x the cost of this one and its not a fair comparison.The fabric is very much lightweight tent like nylon feeling, Will it hold up to 5 years of camping is yet to be seen but if I get a few years and need to patch it or maybe spray it down with some waterproofing silicon thats OK and worth it for the value.Outer case and primary metal brackets feel sturdy enough, would I leave this up in 30MPH winds? Ehh no but also why would you want to?The outer bag has decent feeling zippers the only concern would be how long till something breaks.If you want a cheap basic awning this feels like a solid buy.
