The box was a lot heavier than I expected when I picked it up. Well packaged - and the packaging was beat up - custom packaging made for the cabinet. Heavy closed cell foam inside the box, vapor sealed. Unit is heavy, which it has to be to hold big steel drills. Nice hammered finish. Maybe epoxy or powder coat finish. Drawer organizers are also heavy with a durable finish. Drawers fit and move well without binding. Drawers are about 7 1/2" deep. Fits all my jobber length drills. Wish it was a bit deeper because taper shank drills are too long - which I knew when I bought it. If I had found a deeper one I would have bought it. One small complaint: no "1 inch" drawer, so my 1" drills go into the 63/64" drawer (and really, who needs 63/64"? At that size in most cases I wouldn't trust a drilled hole from a drill press to be accurate to .016 anyway.) You get a set of replacement stickers, so I'll probably just change that one to 1". Most of my big drills do go in the cabinet, which really cleans up the area around my drill press. I have the smaller drill cabinet still coming and now I am looking forward to it.Again: Much nicer cabinet that I thought I was going to get.Didn't rate durability because I just got it, but it looks good.Definitely would buy again.Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Works great for organizing bits

Seems great, drawers a little sticky. But they dont know how to package anything, like why no protection, the drawers were damaged from the shipper dropping the package I'm sure.

It holds a lot of drill bits, finish is nice and it is a good size to not take up a lot of space. The drawers close pretty tough though and even with a bit of grease it didn’t help much. Granted it does keep them from coming open when you don’t want them too. I do wish the slides allowed them to open a bit farther, it can me a bit tougher to get bits out that slid back but not a deal breaker. Overall for the money, it works very well.

This product is very sturdy and well built. It was a pleasant surprise given how frequently these day many of these kinds of products are flimsy and haphazardly built. I noted too that this product is not made in China

Husband loved it

I like this drill index. I did not care for the pre-printed labels on the drawers, but the good new is that it cam with blank labels that fit the drawers that you can create your own. Worked out nice. Unit is very heavy and seems well constructed. The drawer slides were a bit stiff right out of the box, but some lube and working them back and forth a bit made them much better.
