My child is autistic and struggles to relax and calm down before bedtime, two of these magnesium tablets half an hour before bedtime makes her a bit sleepy and she's normally asleep about 20 mins after she goes to bed and sleeps soundly all night, they have a pleasant fruity flavour that kids will like, so it makes it easier for them to accept them.

My 3yr old with adhd was biting hitting and spitting etc for no reason multiple times a day,couldn’t sit still for long,2 weeks on these and it’s all drastically reduced can now sit for Longer periods without bouncing off the walls,and the aggressive behaviour has improved,can’t comment on sleep as he is a good sleeper anyway,but I have noticed less teeth grinding in the night.we just grind the to powder and add to his yogurt before bed,will definitely be buying again!

My son (AuDHD) would happily have them but I didn't feel that it encouraged or helped him sleep much.

My daughter has a couple every morning, happily takes them as they taste nice and also not chalky to chew.Happy with the quality of the product!

I brought these for my daughter 14 year old. I thought these were gummies! However they are not. They are white hard chalky tablets, more like Parma violet sweets or love hearts. My daughter does not like either.The advert for these supplements are not as described.I have now ordered actual black currant gummy mushrooms. We will see.

My little boy has autism and ADHD, this being one of the main reasons we are giving him magnesium supplements, mistakingly ordered these as I liked the packaging and the price point is on the better side of others I have seen for the same amount of mg, however, I didn’t realise they were ‘chewable tablets’ until I had opened them, he has managed to take 2 with lots of persuasion but I won’t be re-ordering due to his sensory issues with food textures (I have tried these myself and the taste isn’t too bad)I don’t usually write reviews but just wanted to highlight this incase anyone else missed it like I did as £10 is a lot of money to essentially waste

bought for my son as he was not sleeping, getting up multiple times banging the walls, running around the house. getting about 2 hours of sleep. these have calmed him hugely he even asks for them. they don’t put him to sleep as such but calm him enough to sleep and stay in his room.he has never commented about the taste and is happy to have them every evening. schoolhave also said how much better he is with them

Bought those for my daughter to help her with sleep and managing bit of hyperactivity.It's a good product but don't expect miracles.She loved the taste and the texture and treated those vitamins more like sweets 😋Overall it was a good buy.
