ViskiHawthorne and Bartending Stainless Steel Bar Cocktail Strainer for Drinks with Handles, Set of 1, Silver

Setting up my home bar tools in copper/rose gold, and this strainer was the perfect tool! Fits perfectly in the small tin of a Boston Shaker or in a Pint Glass, but it is a little too small for the Jucoan 24oz Crystal Cocktail Mixing Glass I already had (I don't blame the strainer--that mixing glass is larger than standard). Nicely made, and the finish is bright, shiny, and smooth.

The must have accessory for the Julep fans! I did not know this (professional) brand, but it is great quality, 100% stainless steel (it goes in the dishwasher). Weight is perfect, and the object is pleasant and easy to hold despite its short handle. It fits my julep cups and my two shakers. I like the organic shape and its nice design. Great addition to your bar tools, and not only for Julep drinks!

Arrived flawed with a couple of manufacturing aberrations. The flaws don't effect the function, but leave me less than satisfied with the quality. Also, the weight and feel of this strainer is not as heavy or strong as it should be. Viski usually has premium quality construction and materials, but this strainer falls short of what I've come to expect from them.

Strange shape for the tool, black paint was already fading when I opened it. You get what you pay for I guess. Useable but not pretty. Would not purchase again.

Use these behind the bar 45+ hours of the week, both in a craft cocktail environment and in a dive bar. More durable and cheaper than most of the other professional-grade strainers, and the tighter coils for the gate help to catch a lot of small ice and debris, especially if I don't have time to double strain with a fine mesh strainer. Not amazing for split pouring (but can be done), and probably too heavy and cumbersome for anyone with small hands; but if you can adapt your ergonomics to accommodate, you'll be happy with how well these work.

This super sturdy strainer is of both professional bar tending quality and also would make a good gift for the home mixologist. The gunmetal color looks clean and sleek, and the heavy gauge will make it last.

This is a solidly built strainer though it split pours rather poorly. Even if held tightly against the shaker it leaks from the bottom often. Opt for the original Cocktail Kingdom strainer that Viski is copying. It's about $1 more and functions better.

I really like it. I am docking two stars because the one I got was not copper, it was pewter. It also did not fit into my mixing glass. The lack of fit is not the strainers fault though. I used a pair of adjustable pliers to squeeze the sides in a bit. Fits great now. It took a bit of effort due to the thick metal, so kudos for build quality!

Super nice Julep strainer. I thought this was going to be poor quality but this thing has some nice weight to it and works really well. I love using this one!

Beautiful weighted strainer with a nice tight spring. Unfortunately the gunmetal aspect started to peel off from the handle before the end of a single bar shift.

Love The Viski products! As per their standard the Julep Strainer is well made, had a good weight to it, and looks great with all my other Viski barware.
