I live about a mile away from the bus station, and the bus service extension from the bus station to my apartment was cut during the pandemic. It's a thirty minute walk now (or a carpool situation), but this board gets me get there in under seven minutes! And, it's portable enough where I can bring it on a crowded bus and nobody will make a fuss. This means everything to me, since I'm able to bring it around with me when I get off the bus and go to classes, and it's not to heavy. Certainly it's not too long, either- It's kinda like carrying around a suitcase.Let's get one thing out of the way right away, the price. It's certainly a budget skateboard and that it to be taken into consideration when you buy it. The battery or distance won't blow you away nor should it. However, there are large stretches of my day where I'm going downhill or on even ground around campus on this board and I can't tell the difference between this $160 board and the $300+ electric longboard my friend lent me to learn on. Hills should be avoided for sure, but it certainly does okay on slight grades, and worse case scenario you pick it up like a suitcase and start again when it's flat.UPDATE:The customer support for this company is great. Ran into an issue with the board disconnecting from the remote, I reached out to customer support via their email on their website, they responded right away and identified the issue via a video I sent in to them. They showed me how to re-pair the remote and the issue is now completely resolved!

This skateboard is one of the best things i’ve bought in terms of how convenient it is to help me commute to and from class in college. It saves me 4x the time and it is very reliable. I’ve had it for around six months now and I use it pretty much every day. It is easy to carry because of its size and also has enough range to get me to and from classes (4 miles per day) at ease. It charges up fast as well in around 2 hours and it is definitely a very worthwhile tool that has helped me save time and also make commuting to class a more enjoyable experience. The customer service was also really friendly and easy to work with. They responded extremely quickly through email and was really cooperative and helpful to the problems I have encountered. Overall it was a smooth experience and a solution was achieved quickly.

The skateboard is amazing for college students (I’m a petite female for reference). I use it to get to and from classes and practices every day. It has great speed, and the brakes make me feel really safe and work well. It’s lightweight enough to carry up stairs, too! The first one I ordered stopped working, but customer service was great, and they sent a replacement!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second electric skateboard. My first one lasted me a long time because I took care of it. This one broke within less than a year. I was skating home and the brakes stopped working. I jumped off because the speed wouldn’t slow down. Without using the remote the board was still going speeding off down the road and ended up hitting someone. I have attached a video to show that I’m not pressing any buttons on the remote, yet the back wheel is still going. I was lucky I was not hurt.Do not buy.

The board arrived quickly, was easy to connect the remote to the board. The board was the perfect size for my 10 year old. Very good beginner board for kids. Had a problem with the battery not lasting as long as the description said. I contacted customer service, which responded very promptly and diagnosed the issue and sent a brand new board for free without needing to return the malfunctioning board. The customer service was top notch.

Okay! So I’m the battery had a bit of a problem (the board wouldn’t turn on). I went over a pretty big bump in the sidewalk. So I emailed the company, and my goodness! They were so nice and easy to work with! They offered a full refund or a new board. I took the new board because it was just nice and easy to use. And the customer service was just so Wonderfull!

This is my first e-board, and I can say that it's a great first. Straight out of the box, it's perfect for commuting around. 12.5 mph top speed might be a bit slow for me, but it's perfect for a first board. The carve trucks are great for tight corners and responsive turns. The stock wheels are great, but I'd recommend third party wheels if you can get the dimensions of the hub wheel for a smoother ride. I'm still skeptical about the "waterproof" claim on the listing images, but after riding it in the rain and through shallow puddles with a haphazard trash bag wrapped around the box for extra "seal", I can report no damage to the hub wheel and electronics, though I would still recommend a custom silicone seal to be extra extra safe. The instructional pamphlet could use a bit more information, the description of pairing the remote to the board was a bit cryptic, but it's still fairly easy to do. After a single crash, the wrist strap popped off the remote, but it's nothing tape can't fix.Overall, this is an amazing board for the money, a blast to use, and I would highly recommend this to someone looking for a first e-board.

I got this skateboard around 1 year ago. Almost everyday I board with my brother and it is a blast. It is fun to ride and a perfect speed. I think the price was great for this product too. When this board got water damage, I emailed windseeker and they offered a free battery replacement after helpfully finding out the problem. Definitely 5-star and no problems. Board recommended for beginners and experienced alike!
