Cheap quality but ok for small items / light costs

This hanger is wonderful. It’s very beautiful and well made. It was also very easy to hang. There are plenty of hooks for all the things that need to hang by the door. I wish the shelf was a little deeper, but I made it work.

This is a nice little shelf/hanger, however, ours came with a black hook that didn't match the rest. It doesn't screw in correctly, so I have to get different screws for it. It's a bit smaller and seems dented. But it hold many jackets.

When it first arrived, two of the metal hooks were broken in the packaging. I initiated a return thinking this package must've been manhandled before arriving to me. But when the second hook shelf arrived, it too had a metal hook that was broken right in half. At this point I was trying to get my home ready for guests to come over so I kept it and dealt with the broken hook.I have had this hook shelf for over a year now and only 1 out of 5 hooks are intact. Besides the wood part feeling very cheap, it has lasted without issue, so I plan to buy my own hooks (made of actual steel or something, not whatever kind of cheap, aluminum-like material these are) and screw them into the wood myself.Save your time and money and DO NOT buy this piece of crap.

I wanted to put some hooks in our guest bedroom and this is very cute and stylish! I have received compliments from your guests. I don't think this ideal for anything heavy, but to hang a shirt, pair of pants or pajamas works fine!

I purchased this about a year ago and it was otherwise fine, though the wood is a cheap, light material. For the price, it's not bad. Almost a year to the date, the hooks began breaking in half, snapping along the same points of the flat base. Whatever they're made of doesn't last long. It'd be nice to get the dimensions to replace them with better, more durable hooks, though it's challenging to find something with the same offset drill holes in the same size.

When I first opened this package it smelled like real wood which I appreciate since most things like this from Amazon are cheap fake wood.It was easy to assemble and came with extra hardware just in case. I put it together and my husband hung it up for me in just a couple minutes!I got it for my living room to hang blankets from because I didn’t love my current blanket storage. I love the shelf on top for decorations.I like this shelf so much that I’m thinking about buying another for my entryway!So far it seems sturdy enough for blankets and a few decorations. If it starts to seem like it’s falling apart I’ll update my review, but we’re all loving it so far!

Product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as it was shown.I hadn’t realized it would require assembly but that as well as installation was quite easy!

We had to glue the coat rack back together when the shelf fell off the mounting board. Disappointing.

The holes for the screws did not line up and the actual overall quality of the item was terrible. It was basically chipboard (breaking off when I tried to screw the screws in) and extremely flimsy. It wouldn't even hold a hat let alone a jacket or a handbag.Returned for a refund!
