I'm trying to reduce my intake of strong painkillers (I have multiple mobility problems) so I thought I'd give these a try. I put one on each hip in the morning & they create quite a bit of heat which then reduces my swelling & helps with the pain. Different things work for different people but I would recommend these 100% as a non medical form of pain/discomfort relief. They go directly onto the skin, take a few minutes to get going & last all day, plus the price is reasonable. The only con (if it even is one) is they can sting a bit when pulling them off but it's because they stick very well, which i suppose is a good thing 😀

They do assist to help soothe painful areas. Be aware if you put them where there are hairs pull them slowly lol

I use similar products and this is the absolute worst. Felt very uncomfortable when on. Agony to take off - I’m a woman and not particularly hairy but it was very painful to remove these because of how they stick to my skin. No notable pain relief. Other products I use stick just as securely and come off effortlessly. Would not recommend. Threw them out.

I use these patches for my Left and Right Shoulders and Neck Joint (Top of Spine) and they are Easy to Use, But, Very Sticky, if you are slightly or Very Hairy in the area to use i Strongly suggest you shave or Razor the area clean of Hairs, Patches go on So easy (try Not to Fold as Difficult to Seperate) but they pull out the Hairs coming off, Very Painful, you Will Curse.Bonus is they are 9 patches per Sealable pack and 18 patches per Box.Even though they Hurt to Remove i Wear Every Day for Work, also, use a Moisture Cream on the area when you remove them, its Needed

Very effective for pain relief but a real pain to remove from the backing strip.

They were good except I had a reaction to the adhesive as I always dobut it did reduce some of the pain pity it was not good for me
