Item arrived damaged & with faulty, broken, and partially crumbing in-box styrofoam packaging materials. Product was also faulty – The electric / circuit panel fell out due to an unsecured bottom cover that would not stay in place. That is indicative of a poorly designed, cheaply made, inadequately tested product that would likely break down in a short period of time. Moreover, that may? be potentially hazardous.Particularly egregious, and of major concern, is that the manufacturer or distributor of this product uses the abhorrent white styrofoam fitted packing blocks to secure the product in its package carton. That is never good (see below). When cheap formulations of the toxic stuff are used and/or if any of it has been cracked. Broken, or crumbled, as was the case in this product, the whole matter of unpacking and handling becomes one big nightmarish mess! Minute highly static charged particles and pieces of the stuff fly out and literally cling to ones clothing and skin. Many remain in nooks and crannies in the product itself. Some larger particles drop to the floor or fly about sticking on surrounding surfaces, especially any with any sort of fabric or texture. In my experience with unpacking this product, I had to remove the box and product from the house into the garage. It took the better part of an hour to clean the stuff off of my cloths and skin and from the surfaces they stuck to. These ill-formulated concocted products are actually resistant to being removed – they fly right back onto the remover, as if they have a mind of their own! Moreover, they’re hazardous to ones health, and to the environment. Just search on “Are styrofoam particles from products packaging toxic,” or similar strings.So with return label already had, back it goes, as will any other item that comes with similar packing stuff!I hope that this review will at least raise levels of awareness and concern among the segment of readers who may resonate with this information, and that eventually this awareness, consumer backlash and rejection, will cause manufacturers and packagers to become more aware and similarly concerned, or at least competitively forced to wise-up and ban use of these types of material!

Came with no instructions, cannot get the merry go round to fit in place. Returned the first one because it came broken, second one the merry go round still don’t fit in place.

I have so many Christmas pieces I have collected over the years! This is going to be put on the list as one of my favorites, because of the real water in the water fountain. It came packaged very well in thick styrofoam and a box with in a box. Everything works perfectly! I absolutely love it!

i just recived tjis item today took it out of the box an pluged it up an it doesnt work the light flash but none of the moving parts works nor the muice sound does not work an part of the bottom has beem glude back together as if it has been sold before an retruned an resold agian
