Fits my T-slim insulin pump perfectly without looking like a gun holster. Plenty of velcro so I don’t expect it to wear out like the last type of holder I bought. (It’s a big deal if my pump to falls out while)

Nice snug fit for the Tandem IQ pump, it will not accidently fall out. The magnetic closer is good and is not too difficult to get it securely closed. It securely clips onto ones belt or pocket so much so it is hard to get it onto the belt or pocket. You have to pry the clip open in order to get it on. The swivel is nice easy to get the case into comfortable position. The swivel seems sturdy - time will tell.

My pump doesn't fit that well in it,kinda uncomfortable to wear.

I've had this case for 4 months and the metal belt clip has deformed to the extent that it no longer is secure enough to keep my pump from falling off. Tonight, as I leaned over to pet our dog, the case dislodged itself from my belt, fell to the ground with my pump in the case, and tore my infusion set out of my body. Very frustrated at having to insert a new infusion set that had been in place for less than 24 hours. I'd love to hear from the manufacturer!

Holding up really well so far with my tandem pump, worth every penny! I went through several soft tandem clip cases and four hours of the rotating tandem case before trying this one out. It's easy to remove the pump to change settings if needed. Highly recommended!
