Edit: So I've had this installed for over 1.5 years now, and its still perfect! Leather has only gotten softer. I top down daily drive about 12k-15k miles per year (but less this past summer due to covid). So its gotten use and plenty of sun exposure.The armrest has equally held up. Both are still prefect. Quality leather, quality craftsmanship, exceptional price.Original review: (May 2019)I bought this, and a new matching armrest pad, which for the ap2 models is a new product, not yet listed here in Amazon as of this writing. But you can contact vendor and they'll sell you an ap2 armrest pad if you like.Back to the shift boot (or shift gator, as its called in the UK where this is made). The leather is buttery soft. It has a pronounced grain to it, much like the oem part, and much like my expensive goatskin leather G2 pilots jacket.The red stitching adds a surprising amount of sportiness the oem part lacked. On the s2ki online forum, many complain about the poor fit of a competitors product. No such issues here. It was a perfect fit. The premade holes aligned perfectly with the plastic trim.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade to the original part, especially if its old and stiff like mine was. The leather on my existing OEM shift boot was getting rough and was starting to sag. I wanted to replace the boot with the same OEM part, but looking up the price, I found it to be over $100+ dollars - no thanks.I started looking around for quality leather shift boots and came across a few on eBay. I took a chance with one, received it, but was unhappy with the quality of the leather as it appeared to start flaking off whenever the leather was moved.I had similar concerns when looking at this shift boot, but decided to take another chance based on the other reviewer’s notes. I’m glad I did. The quality of leather and stitching for this boot was above and beyond what I had previously experienced on eBay. Further, the hole fitment for this boot was perfect for my AP2 and did not require stretching or any modification to make fit. Couple that with a reasonable price point and this product is a winner!The only caveat is the shipping time to the US, as they are a UK based company. However, correspondence was quick and friendly in letting me know when the package might arrive (ultimately arrived during the early half of the delivery window).

Same hole pattern as factory and a slightly taller boot if you unleash some of the material. OrFold it under for the oem look. Leather is oem or better quality. Stitching is even and appears to be solid quality.Will post up if there are changes.
