What's for dinner
I use the pressure cooker almost exclusively for canning. Works. Wonderful. Couldn't do the perfect job without it.

No instruction
It takes a while to figure out how it works! There is no recipe nor an instruction booklet making it difficult to operate. I am used to the whistle system. It does not have it. It is my most inconvenient pressure cooker.

SAFETY OF LID CLOSURE
5 stars for a great little pressure cooker. Stainless steel is easy to clean and its polished body is very nice. I use it at home on my glass top stove and gas in my camper. It cooks well on both. Best of all is the explosion proof safety lid. I love it.

Built like a Tank but only 50 KPA Pressure
This little 3 Litre as sturdy a P.C. as I've run across. Surprisingly heavy weight for it's size. Instructions are not in English. Print on box reveals for EU Market, now on Amazon. Packaging is top-notch. Not hard to figure out how to close. Once cover is properly aligned rotate locking arms under stops and screw down until you feel considerable resistance - won't go much tighter. Arms and handles are held on by 4 rivets on each side. Built to last! Silicon Gasket is pretty tough, so should last a long time, although If you don't get cover screwed on tight enough, steam comes out from around the gasket. It takes a few turns to get it really tight. Not a problem when you've done it a few times With one inch of water in base on my induction stove, at about 85% power, water is brought to a furious, splashing boil in less than two minutes. Base is extra thick and conducts heat extremely well. Well finished, is made in China, quality is up to Par. Pot is 4.9 inches high and 2 liters water aligns with 3/4 max liquid mark conveniently printed on inside of pot. I'm guessing it holds slightly less than 3 liters but 2 liters is practical limit you can use for cooking. With beans or Pea Soup Don' fill past 1/2 mark. A concern is hight of base. Web page says 7 inches deep but is just less than five. I've had to return small Pressure Cookers because Seller's are careless about little details such as dimensions. Not so with American Made. Bottom line. This little dude fills the Bill except that relief weight is limited to 50 KPA = 7 lbs pressure, same as Instant Pot lowest setting. With only 7 pounds pressure - Soups, Stews, Vegetables. Dry Beans are going to have to be soaked for two days where I live at High Desert - 5,000 ft. 10% Humidity in summer. My number one complaint, the reason for every return I've ever made, is Sellers mostly think like Sellers and can't be bothered with the small stuff. Every return I've ever made. is because Ad was misleading, contained one size fits all incorrect information, or information that was vital to me was not available even when downloaded User Manual. so I just buy and try. i'm scheming ways to keep it if I can convert to 100 KPA (15 lbs pressure), is going to take some finagling that if successful probably will not be able to endorse. Ordered this to cook smaller quantities--fast. But with only 7 lbs pressure... I really don't want to return it, but can't yet find a good enough reason to keep. Will update if I figure something out.If you can live with 50 KPA, This may be what you're looking for. No problem when purchasing 6-8 qt P.C. 1.5 - 3 liter can be harder to find what you need. This item is definitely of sufficiently high quality, but, I think they goofed by limiting it's potential usage with, for my application, too low and slow. The reason you buy a Pressure Cooker is to lock in flavor and save time. 7 lbs pressure increases cooking time but food would still turn out pretty good.. Would be OK for Rice, Vegetables. Beef stew if you are not in a hurry. Four stars, best I can do for a product I'll I'm still debating if I return.Update: I've Managed to get this PC up to high pressure by replacing limiting popoff valve with a different style relief valve. I'm not at all recommending anyone attempt to bypass safety devices. I have an Engineering background and have found a solution for my application. This only because I've had to return a few Pressure Cookers and I thought I'd try to find a way to keep from returning yet another one. If I can raise the pressure it's good for my purposes Another (Indian) P.C. had a top cover handle that instead of mating parallel with the base handle was skewed at about 10 degrees upward angle because of improperly welded handle bracket. Otherwise, very nice. Totally unacceptable. Except for this defect it was the one of the best of the lot. I started a return on it, but was able to reform handle bracket and cancelled return. Four P.C.'s – returned two because of incorrect dimensions and was able to keep from returning two others. via modification and repair. I'm sure this all may sound a little strange — useless information. I really like Amazon and have been an "Amazonian" since the beginning, but I've gotten more than a little vexed at the fact that Sellers leave out pertinent details in their Ads and, many sellers of foreign goods, as I've experienced these past few weeks, can not be directly contacted. In the case of this Pressure Cooker, The pressure rating is unobtainable unless you purchase. One out of four P.C.'s had a (fixable) quality control issue. I say: "All's well that ends well." But I had to jump through a few hoops to get what I wanted.

Great quality and service
The pot is durable and good quality. The assembly was easy. The pot is very large, I bought the 25 quart and it's larger than expected if you will use for canning it's a great size. If you want to usefor small meals for small family of four I suggest smaller size. The cooldown was pretty quick gave me time to prep the table and the food was still hot. I recommend this product and I used it on my glass stove top no issues. I had questions and the seller replied next day, great communication and service.

No sirve la olla
No sirve la olla, no sella su cerrado y deja escapar la presión por lo tanto no cose los alimentos. Cara y no cumplió su función.

Solid..
This pressure fryer works very well..It's solidly made and has a nice polished stainless steel surface..My only complaint is the pressure valve has to be lifted manually to release pressure..Can be very dangerous if you don't wear kitchen mits...

Great, but needs clearer instructions
I really love my pressure canner, but the instruction guide was not very helpful. I ended up spending a lot of time looking up how to use it on YouTube. If the instructions had been more informative, I could have started using it more quickly.I love it because it works great and I have even been able to pressure can soups, chicken, and vegetables from my garden.
