The product and company is horrible. For the amount of money we spent on it it’s not even worth a dollar! If I could give a 0 for stars I would. I returned this product and had to pay for the shipping return which is ridiculous and it’s been 3 months and still no refund. I keep trying to send the seller a message and I never hear back from them. I’m hoping Amazon will step on and help me out to get my money back!!!

Poor quality
What a pity, my kids waited a long time for this, and when it finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. It really did look and feel cheap. Unfortunately it wasn’t working properly either. We had to return it, and because it was a third-party seller from China, we were expected to pay for return shipping out-of-pocket.

This didn't work straight out of the box and the seller was terrible. Wanted me to pay to return their defective product. I emailed seller and they were unresponsive - thankfully Amazon stepped in and took care of it. This was supposed to be a gift for my son, very disappointing

Don’t work
Guns did not work and I contacted the seller months ago and still no response to this day. Do not buy this product I repeat do not buy this product you will be highly disappointed I bought two guns so yeah I’m out of $160
