made the project go smoothly
I had difficulty trying to get a 3/8" ratchet drive into the belt tensioner slot to remove the belt. This tool provided a way for me to get around this tight space on a Ford 4l v6 in a ranger. it also provided some much-needed leverage to compress the spring-loaded tensioner. the tool was well built and good value for the money. The frustration it solved for this one project was well worth the cost of the tool. It will come in handy for other similar projects in the future. I also purchased an alternator and belt for this project from Amazon. All items arrived on time and fit perfectly. They were good value compared to what the brick and mortar stores want for lower quality items. I have had very good luck purchasing auto parts on Amazon and saved thousands doing relatively simple repair myself over the years

Works great in hard to reach places
As the greatest shade tree mechanic I know (yes I'm biased) my dad needed help with limited space. This set is perfect for hard to reach, very tight, not even my hands will fit in locations. Ordered it for tension pulley on a Pontiac Vibe and he has used it several times since on many cars.

Great quality
Impressive tool set, smooth finish, mirror shine but best is it makes moving the belt tensioner so much easier. Was having a hard time keeping a long ratchet in with one had and moving the belt with the other in a very tight Ford E450 engine bay. This tool is worth the money in saved aggravation and time.

Works Great
I always used a ratchet or breaker bar until i tried this and it is excellent and I will never goback. Easiest way to loosen pulley to change mycar belt(s) and comes with different sizes in a nice case. I highly recommend this tool.

Great price for this handy tool
I've used a "Gear Wrench" set like this for years...way too expensive. This is medium quality, and such a help for serpentine belts and other tasks too. Only c9mplaint is the cut out of handle where you set gear Wrench to isn't quite square, just a couple degrees off...but we'll worth the price!
