Top Line Guides
Top line guides were smashed down apparently in transit. One was bent so bad that when I tried to re-shape it broke. Can you replace the upper two? How does it come off? Heat gun?

Broken tip eye upon arrival
Had the same issue as all the others came damaged broken top eyelet I got them as a Christmas gift I live in Minnesota do when I took them out of the box 4 months later broken and to late to return I fo not recommend at all

Very well assembles.
Product was all I expected. Used for offshore trolling light baits.

Not up to the job.
Think of these as very light duty. The walls are very thin and they flex quite a bit (too much for large lures 7"+). They also do not have a lock button or similar to keep them extended nor do they have a button to keep them retained in the holders. They rely on a taper fit between sections which requires a good twist and pressure to extend or retract them. The rigging rings are constructed like a lighter tackle fishing pole. The top ring on one I received had snapped right off from shipping or defective manufacture (found it in the bottom of the bag). I ended up returning these since I'm going for big game like ahi / mahi. The upside is they're cheap to buy compared to other outriggers, but you get what you pay for. I think I could make better/cheaper outriggers using telescoping boat poles.
