Remote Worker’s New Favorite Chair
Being a remote work, the chair you sit in for 8+ hours matter. As my office also doubles as my dining room, I also wanted a chair that didn’t make it feel like an office space. Serta knocked it out of the park with this one! Super comfy, great quality, and chic design.

What a great little chair
This is a great little chair so far. It was relatively easy to assemble, but did take a little effort to get the holes of the two pieces aligned; however, that is because they are designed to fit together snuggly. I'm only 5'4" and 110lbs and managed to do it. I slid the top into the metal pieces of the bottom and sat on the edge of the top to push it down enough to get them to align. It took me maybe 15 minutes to put it together by myself. The seat is very comfortable and gives just enough, but still offers great support. I didn't want high arm rests on a chair to actually rest my arms, but I don't love the look of armless chairs. This one is a happy medium. With the low 'arms' it has a more polished look, but leaves room for me to sit cross-legged if I want to.I got the light gray twill fabric and it's beautiful and looks very similar to a custom fabric I picked out for my sofas. Looks to be very good quality. I wish I had gotten the darker gray, but that's on me.All in all I'm very happy with this and hope to use it for many years to come. I highly recommend it!

Nice but expensice
Good looking chair. Easy assembly. Fabric feels quality. For Serta though, sitting in it all day I expected more cushion. Goes hard and flat quickly.

Comfortable, good for short people
I looked at a ton of chairs trying to find a balance between looks and comfort. After reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on this one. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but there's a few cons to consider. I'll list my pros and cons to help others decide if this chair seems like a good fit for them.Pros:- COMFORTABLE! I wfh (8-10 hour days) like many people right now and it's comfortable enough that I forget I'm sitting in it. A chair you don't think about is a good chair!- I'm Short (4'11) and this chair has a wide range of heights it can be situated at. The highest point is quite high and the lowest my feet can reach the group comfortably. I keep it on a midway setting and use the wheels are footrests to be at the optimal height for my desk. An added bonus is I have a sit-stand desk so if I have the desk in the stand position and set the chair at its highest setting I can take the occasional sit rest and not have to adjust the desk. An unexpected pleasant feature!- I'm fat (200lbs) and the size of the seat comfortably accommodates my ample bottom. I don't feel squeezed into it by any means. That said, someone who is heavy but isn't also petit might have issues with the width. The seat is probably wide enough for a skinny person to sit cross legged in.- it has nice lumbar support. I can lean back and feet supported.Cons:- The biggest con for me is the lack of arm rests. I thought from the pictures that the sides would come up high enough to be arm rests like those on a chair but they do not. It was disappointing but I find I'm comfortable resting my arms in my lap so it hasn't been bothering me much.- While it was quick to put together it was difficult since things don't line up especially well. It was a two person job while I compressed the chair frame to get things to line up enough for my husband to screw the base of the chair together. The wheels also required a lot of force to get them on the stand. I suspect this may be why some people's wheels broke. If you order this and you're a petite person you might consider calling a strong friend for help.- it advertises having a tilt function (unless I'm not understanding what "swivel tilt" means) but its tilt is negligible. It's maybe enough to give you some mild flexibility when stretching but it isn't much, really. For me the pros outweigh the cons considerably and I'm very happy with the way it looks. I ordered the light gray and it matches my desk perfectly. I'll likely be moving into a small apartment soon and if my computer desk setup winds up in the living room I wouldn't be embarrassed having this chair in there.

Comfortable chair for bad back
I agonized over what kind of WFH office to chair to get for months. I have severe scoliosis so I need a great chair with good support that is comfortable all day. I hate "traditional" office chairs, both in looks and in comfort. They are all either too arched or don't have enough support. I stumbled on this chair and eventually decided to just go for it, and I'm so glad I did! I've been using it for 7+ months and I'm still very happy with my purchase. It's cute and stylish in my office, and it has enough back support for me all day. I also love how I can sit cross legged in it (I'm 5'4" and 175lbs for reference), as that's how I prefer to sit, while still having some sort of short arm rest. The bottom cushion hasn't lost too much support over a few months, and I still find this chair super comfortable. Fabric still looks brand new too! As for assembly, it was easier with 2 people, but probably could have been done with 1 if necessary. This chair is a great value at $200, so if you're unsure go for it!

Solid chair.
Nice, comfy wide enough. Happy with this chair. Unfortunately I had to cover it and protect it with a blanket so that my cat would not ruin it, but the chair is perfect.

Don’t recommend
I really wanted to love this chair. The color was perfect and it looked comfy. But it was just a horrible chair- if you want a chair for just lounging it’s probably fine but for desk work it’s bad. Other than the color there was nothing good about it. It has a very deep seat (meaning the measurements from front to back)- sitting with chair at lowest level my feet didn’t touch floor. I’m only 5’4” but have never had this issue with any other chair. For my feet to reach the ground I have to sit way forward. There is absolutely no back support, I don’t need much but this has nothing. The back is at a slightly reclined angle so if your back is against chair back to are slightly reclined which is not at all comfortable if you are actually using it a desk chair. Now the arm rests are absolutely pointless. They are very low and very short distance from back of chair. I’m not tall and to actually rest my elbow/arm on arm rest I had to bend really far to the side which is not comfortable. The chair was also extremely firm- not cushy like I would expect with it being Serta. I was able to return it but will say trying to get it apart to package up was near impossible. Don’t recommend

Asiento duro pero diseño padre
Para mi, vale la pena costo/beneficio. Gran diseño, buena calidad (para el precio), lo único es que el asiento es duro. Pero no me molesta..

Easy to set up, super comfy and cute as can be! Glad I chose this one!
10 min to put together - did need the help of my 7 yrs old son to put pressure on the back of the chair to line up the wholes LOL. It’s a bit firmer then I though (in a good way) and it tilts!! I love it. I don’t have back issue so I don’t know how much support if offers but for for me, it’s perfect. Plus, it offers enough room to criss cross my legs - I work 10hr shifts so for me, it was a must!

Beautiful office chair
Beautiful high end chair perfect for my home office. Easy to assemble. Seat is very firm. But since it's memory foam,, I'm sure it'll soften up with use. I'm so pleased with this purchase.

Not a great chair
I paid far too much for this chair. Seemed like a nice chair when I took the pieces out of the box - I was pleased with the fabric, and the style is nice, with the silver tacks. However, it is not comfortable at all, the arm rests are much too short to be of any use as an office chair, and the back is too low, with no head rest. Not having decent arm or head rests is my fault for not checking the details carefully enough, but this thing is not comfortable all. The seat is hard and doesn't feel evenly made. Looks cute but total crap for the price. It's way too much hassle to take it apart, repackage and send back, so I have an expensive spare chair in my office and have to find another. Totally disappointed.
