This broth tastes great and since it is a paste, you can make the flavor as strong or as delicate as you like be adding more broth paste or more water. Unlike the 1 quart liquid broths, this little jar makes up to 5 gallons of soup broth. It takes very little room to store the jar. Keep it in the fridge after opening; I have used the product nine months after opening it, and the flavor was like a brand new jar of product!

Use this great Roasted Turkey every holiday season to make large amounts of gravy.

I am extremely disappointed that the best by date is literally 15 days away from the delivery date. (Today, Oct 24, 2024.) And it comes in a 2-pack! Tried to return but was denied. This is why it’s so much better to buy pantry items at a local brick & mortar store but I can’t find the turkey base version anywhere nearby. 👎🏼👎🏼

I usually make turkey stock myself from leftover bones. But lately I have found it hard to find turkey so I tried this bouillon paste. The flavor is very good but you need to be careful how much you use. I find all commercial stocks or bouillons to be quite salty. That’s why I make my own. This is a very good substitute, however, and I would buy it again.

I used it for some extra turkey broth in a chicken breast that I made in my instant pot. It made an amazing amount of awesome gravy. It will continue to be a staple in my pantry from now on

Thanksgiving in our house comes once a year, so when we're having that big beautiful bird & all the trimmings, I want TURKEY! When it comes time to make the gravy or the stuffing, why, why why would I make it with chicken stock, as so many recipes recommend? With BtB Turkey stock, you get that true turkey flavor, throughout, & it's so easy to use. It's a bit pricey, but as I said, we only do it once a year & are willing to splurge a bit to do it right.The only downside is that it doesn't come in reduced sodium, like some of the other BtB stocks do. You'll definitely need to adjust for that in your recipes, but that's typical for most stocks.

Wonderful flavour, easy to incorporate, extremely good quality. Little expensive but worth it for a quality gravy for Thanksgiving and Christmas

I would like a replacement. And it is not returnable or they do not replace. Ugh

Purchased this very expensive item September 2024. The best before date is November 2024.
