I think this is a very attractive clock and for the day or two that I have had it up, it seems to be accurate. HOWEVER this is the WALTHAM clock which shows a second hand at the top center. It is only a PICTURE. No second hand at all and obviously doesn't tell the seconds. I specifically wanted a clock with a second hand so this is useless to me. No where in the description does it say the second hand is only a picture of one. Had I known I would not have bought it. Also, every time I glance at the clock I think it has stopped because the second hand is not moving. I considered keeping it in a different location since it is a very attractive clock, but I still need one with a functional second hand, so it is going back.

I Love this clock!!! So beautiful. It is even better than I imagined. The color is a deep navy and all the white numbers POP in contrast😀 It is keeping perfect time so far. I bought the 30".

I absolutely LOVE my 15” clock. Arrived sooner than expected, packaged sturdily, and easy to set up. I will admit I accidentally set it an hour behind on my first go around - I didn’t have the hour and second hand positionEs together right when I started - but that was my own operator error. Just follow the directions and you’ll be fine. I think it looks beautiful in my farmhouse style kitchen. Yes it’s not real reclaimed wood but it is solidly built and looks great on the wall. For reference it is hung above a 48” shelf.

we bought two; a ten inch and a fifteen inch. The smaller clock is well made and operates faultlessly. The 15 inch clock appeared well made as well; but it was inoperative from the start. The minute hand attempted to move but the hour hand appeared disconnected from the start hence the clock was inoperative and hence of no value to us. It appears they do not test all their products (at least this one) before they sell them!

The clock arrived and we immediately liked the navy color with white roman numerals. However, the hands were black and didn't look right or show up at night when it was dark. Also, we had to email the Big Clock Company because the clock wouldn't hold it's time; after a few hours it would stop. They send us a new mechanism, which my husband installed and it works fine now. They also sent us a new set of hands in white and it looks so much better than the black hands.

We like the look of product, but unfortunately the clock mechanism does not work. We contacted directly the retail company - The Big Clock Store- and found them to be prompt in their response and helpful in trying to remedy the problem. They will be sending another clock mechanism which I will have to install. We will see if the new unit will work. If not , i will be sending back the clock and probably will not buy another one like it.

I love the dark navy blu clock with white numbers. We plan to paint the hands as they are hard to see being black on dark navy. The hands are flimsy so at first they got caught on each other and the time was wrong. We bent them a little so they wouldn’t do that anymore. So far so good. Made in the U.S. is a big plus for us!

GREAT clock! Easy to see and quiet. We thought, at first, it wasn't working since we couldn't hear anything what-so-ever!! Even when I literally placed my ear on the back to listen. I make purchases, such as these, for my employer. The employee who received this clock loves it. Will be using this company for future clock purchases.
