A perfect little Barbie pool!
Update on maintenance: okay so after more time with this pool I’ve found that what works best for me is keeping about 3 or 4 one inch chlorine tablets in the floater (they’ve been dissolving rather quickly during the current heatwave so I’ve been having to replace them about every 4-5 days), but that keeps it at about 5-7 ppm. If my ph and alkalinity is low I will pour in about a 1/4 cup of baking soda and it brings the levels back up to where they need to be, but since I’m running out of baking soda (I had a one pound bag leftover from making bath bombs that I was using) I went ahead and purchased the arm and hammer clear balance tablets, but I have yet to see if they’re too big for my pool so will re-update once I start using that. As far as the intex c330 pump I use…it works wonderfully and I love it, but with the amount of suntan oil, sunscreen, and sun care products I use when laying out - even if I rinse off before getting in the pool, I find that the filter cartridge needs replacing rather quickly. I was initially going to purchase a pack of replacement filter cartridges, but I looked up a way to clean the cartridge instead of replacing it and found a really good filter cleaner spray from Lowe’s for $10 as well as a pack of 4 skimmer socks for $5 (I roll the skimmer socks down a few times then place them over the filter baskets where the filter pulls water from the pool). Once a week I use the spray the clean out the filter cartridge and about twice a week I replace the skimmer socks and rotate two at a time and just throw them in with a load of laundry or use the filter cleaner on them. Will add pics of filter set up next time I clean out my filter cartridge. If you’ve been wanting a little pool to cool off in this summer - this is your sign to get one! I absolutely adore this little pool. I wanted something I could float around and tan in and this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s the perfect size for my yard, and it’s giving major Barbie vibes! I was debating on this or something bigger, but I didn’t want anything that would take up a lot of room in the yard because my dogs need their space to run and play fetch, so this one was the best choice for me. The fact that it’s pink was a big plus for me as well lol.The frame is super sturdy, the lining feels nice and thick, and the setup was super easy and quite quick with two people, but it’s worth mentioning that someone could easily set this up on their own if they needed to. I’ve been using it everyday and have been maintaining the water with a $50 Bestway Flowclear pool accessories set, 1 inch chlorine tablets (I’ve been putting 3 in the chlorine floater with about a cup of baking soda and the levels have been where they need to be), and I also hooked up a small $50 intex C330 Krystal Clear cartridge filter pump that I’ve been running for 2 hours every morning. I didn’t get a cover for it because I don’t mind skimming it every morning while the filter runs. My golden is quite the water baby and has been enjoying the pool as well :) we seriously never leave the backyard now, all we do is grill burgers, play fetch, and play in the pool (and it is lovely). Will update if I run into any issues or have any concerns, but other than that I’m just so excited to have my very own barbecue pool day this 4th of July!

JUST BUY IT 🩷
I absolutely LOVE THIS POOL!First of all, this pool is the easiest to set up! I encourage you to watch a few YouTube videos to see how it is put together and I have full faith that you can do it! Also - the pink is ADORABLE! 🩷Second, this is not a giant pool, it is honestly pretty small! However, it is perfect for young kids and adults alike. For the kids, it eases your mind because it is not so deep that it’s over their heads. It is small enough for a 2/3 year old to stand but big enough for adults to sit and relax or even float around.Third, you will need to purchase a pump separately- I was leery of this pool, pre- purchase because of this but I’m glad I did it. Intex makes a $50/$55 dollar pump that has been wonderful. (Also YouTube that ahead of time for much easier installation!)If it’s hot where you are, and you need somewhere bigger than a blow up kiddy pool but small enough to fit your space, get the pool! :)PS: this thing is STURDY! We’ve had 5/6 kids in it at a time, sitting on the sides, splashing and bouncing around and it’s still perfectly in tact!

Lovely summer dipping pool
The media could not be loaded. 7 months pregnant & was able to set this up alone with 3 breaks. It took me 2 hours to set up but I had to cool off inside & watch a YouTube video for the pump. I bet the version of me that wasn’t pregnant & drinking a beer could’ve set it up in the 30 mins as advertised.. I decided to set it up on a texas summer day, 3pm & in 90+ degree sun, maybe do this at a time of day that’s it’s cooled off so you don’t contemplate quitting every 10 mins.Doesn't come with a pump, I bought it separately, The pump is 'INTEX C530Krystal Clear Cartridge FilterPump for Above Ground Pools' (430 gph) $55, also grab 1” chlorine tablets $20 + baking soda clear 3” balance tablets $30, chlorine/floater dispensers $20, some floats $30, 8’x6’ tarp $10, extension cord $10, skimmer/net $8.Took 2 hours to fill. Super fast!I sat & read the instructions multiple times before assembling & still had to reference them over & over. They are straightforward & easy to follow once you learn what letter goes where. Trust the instructions. I have pregnancy brain & exhaustion but could do it!I read nearly all the reviews about this pool here, added all the things people recommended to cart & ordered it. It’s about a $250 project all said & done.I put 3 chlorine tablets & 1 baking soda alkaline tablet in the floating dispenser & ran the filter for 6 hours.Despite the instructions saying not to put it on a deck… I set mine on up and filled it on the deck. I put a tarp down first & hope the deck handles it for the summer.

Cute and good quality!
Great little pool. This is perfect for me and my wife to have a couple evening bevs and chill after a long day. Seems to be great quality, will update as time goes on if issues arrise. I’d say we could have another couple over and it wouldn’t be “uncomfortable” to have all 4 adults lean back and chill. I don’t think this is much of a swimming pool but you could def use it for exercises or PT.Used 1/2 inch foam pieces as the base and it was worth every penny. They feel great under your feet in the pool and you are protecting your investment from a puncture. Don’t cheap out and get flimsy thin ones. Saving 30 bucks can cost you a poke through your pool then it’s game over. When filling it up let some water get in 4 inches or so and then pull the legs out, they need to be that way to support the weight of the pool and will lean in initially without the weight of the water to hold them.
