A quality product
This slant board is of excellent quality and easy to use. The streches feel great. It's lightweght and portable. If you need a slant board for calf stretches, I highly recommend this one.

Wow.
I own other true slant boards and balance apparatus.... So I was intrigued by these. Wow..!! Great versatility and immediate feel to work calves and feet and up into the spine. I also ordered another of this same type with a different angle and weight. But these offer more versatility and aren't as stinky as the other heavier one.I would give these as a gift to friends and family.

Sturdy with great size
This has helped me gain ankle and calf flexibility. Great guide for post surgery as your muscles aren’t as strong independently anymore. Highly suggest if you need that extra guidance. Also east clean if you have pet hair!

Good Product for Basic Stretching
This is a great product is you have calf or plantar fascia issues. It is lightweight so you can carry it anywhere and if you follow the directions on the little postcard that comes with it (which could have been written a bit better-but that is another story), you will get a good little stretch. You don't have to get on the floor and it does give some relief. FYI- MAKE SURE you are holding on to something sturdy before rocking back and forth on it or you WILL tip over! Other than that, I'd recommend for sure- to use when 1st waking up, or you have a little tightness in your legs and need a QUICK stretch, or after working out and you want a fast yet deeper stretch. It's good for all these things!

30 seconds for full relief
I sit 9 hours a day behind a desk causing my calves and hamstrings to get tight and atrophied. (I am not 21 anymore) They say sitting is the new smoking in regard to your health, so I wanted something handy I could keep desk side to periodically stretch throughout the day. This wedge is PERFRCT!. Every hour I get up, stretch those calves and hamstrings and it makes ALL the difference in the world. At days end my legs no longer feel "STUCK" in that 90-degree angle from sitting all day!! Its light weight, yet sturdy, and so so convenient. I highly recommend, especially if you sit a lot.

Great calf workout
I regularly do seated calf raises, so I was shocked at the burn I got from using this slant board on calves. I do the "Intensify your calf raises" move from the pictures....and with no weight, high reps, it's a great workout due to the range of movement. Then yesterday I came across Dr. Mike's video "6 popular exercises you should replace for better muscle growth" and they talk specifically about why this specific calf movement is ideal for working out the calves. Very glad I found this product/exercise.

Effective
The slant board is good and effective. It helps to watch the video to give you the best guidance. It does what it is intended to do, just don’t overdo it and strain yourself out the door.I recommend it.
