I'd give it minus five if I could. I'm English and my husband bought this for me as a surprise, which was very nice of him but............This is nothing like any red cabbage I ever tasted, it tastes like beetroot. Pickled red cabbage is supposed to be raw cabbage pickled in vinegar, not cooked soggy cabbage in whatever it was in? Nasty stuff. Don't buy it.

This is really good cabbage. It is very hard to find in the market anymore. I was happy to find it on line. Four jars to a package. One was broken. Not replaced because I tossed it without taking a picture. Won,t make that mistake again.

Nice taste

I love Aunt Nellie's products. It is hard to find this product at a reasonable price so when I did I got it.The taste is authentic and so delicious. I can eat the contents of one jar all at once, for it is that good.
