it's well made and very easy to use, but it doesn't stay cold long. Had a knee replaced, fits quite well but lasts maybe 10 minutes. They should add more gel material to improve duration. The straps work nice but could be better. If they added hook / loop to the back of the pack, it would be easier to secure for any location (knee, shoulder, etc)

I love this ice pack and that I can belt it around my waist. But it is a struggle to loop the strap. It’s too bad the did not offer different sizes or available extensions. I’m not small but I’m not huge either. I think a lot of people, especially men, might find this tight or too small entirely

This is a substantial ice pack. You might find it to fell a little heavy, but if you need lots of shoulder icing, this unit will do the job. Overall good quality product.

I cannot say enough positive and reassuring reviews for this machine !!! The ease of operation is fabulous. My husband recently had total rotator cuff surgery and began using this machine the day OF surgery, and it has consequently helped tremendously each day and every day. I’m certain it is helping to make his recovery more comfortable! As his wife and caregiver, I suggest using bagged ice as well as freezing blocks of ice (in yogurt containers, etc.) that keep the temperature lower for a longer period of time. I also had direct contact with the seller…who was and is kind enough to periodically ‘check-in’ with us!!Excellent product! I definitely recommend and totally endorse it!!!

like the overall format of the product, rechills quickly and seems sturdy.

The wrap is wide enough to cover a good area of the leg and knee but the blue ice pad doesn’t fully go behind the knee which the photo looks like it does. But aside from that it is nifty to Velcro the ice pack on your knee.

One of the most efficient purchases I made this year.At the age of 72 I took on a full time job doing abstracting on computer 8 hours a day. This really brought relief in the first weeks of getting back to work. It is perfectly made and comfortable.

For the foot/ankle, it’s adequately padded with gel. In my opinion, there should be a slot for the Velcro strap to slide through on the opposite side for easier wrapping
