Great replacement for wodden spindles
Replaced broken wooden spindles with these wrought iron ones. got two different sets, looked at some pictures and videos online, got them done. These are not as satin as you would think or imagine so don't be afraid of them being shiny, they're not. Old holes need to be patched up and a new coat of stain should make it better than new.

Best quality and style Spindle
First time buyer of staircase baluster shoes from elecmate. Mainly to try and see if it will fit with the stair rods in my house. So far it has worked well. I'm going to buy more staircase spindles.

NOT QUALITY PRODUCT
Over 30% of the shoes had stripped screws and could not be used. I will have to place a second order just to finish the original job.

Beautiful but some were damaged
These arrived on time and are beautiful. However, two out of the ten banisters were damaged. No option to do a partial return or ability to contact the seller, gives it this rating. I am in the middle of a renovation, so don’t want to risk a full return. Just hoping we can make what wasn’t damaged work for us.

Entryway renovation
These ballusters worked perfectly. Price was exceptional, compared to two top local building supplies stores. They are very sturdy and in my bias opinion look beautiful.

Cutting these was easier than I expected
The media could not be loaded. After some trial and error. I ended up using a saw with a metal blade. The process was quite simple but you need some claps . I also used painters tape placed right before where I was going to cut so that there wasn’t any marks left on the pole.
