Robusto/Transporte negligente
Gracias a que el producto es pesado y robusto no se rompió al momento de recibirlo. Vi cómo tiraban las cajas desde el camión. El trato de este producto es negligente pudo haberse roto. Cómo de hecho se rompió en calentador de pizza de la misma marca.

NO product support.
First, this is the cutest little cooler. But there is NO customer service or product support. You will talk to a machine if you have an issue, and never hear from a human. Very dissapointed with this. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK..

Design Flaw
The temperature is very spotty throughout the fridge. After contacting support and being directed to follow a video li k to adjust the calibration temperature the unit runs “within” food safety parameters. The issue is the cold air is pu into the middle of the unit and the intake is on one side. The other side runs 4 to 7 degrees F hotter. Not a fan of the unit. I wanted to return it but they wanted me to arrange a pay for the return shipping. When I tried to contact the customer service phone number it was always busy/ taken off the hook.
