I only keep using these because I can't find them anywhere else and I don't like the wafer kind but this may be my last time ordering! Damn near the WHOLE box is broken into tiny pieces, only ¼ of the box is usable. There's gotta be a better way to package/ship these because the product is good, the quality/ condition of the chips is horrible

These are very tasty but I had to sift through the box to find whole circles...Most of the box was in bits and pieces. I'll try to use them some other waybut company should look into different packaging.

All broken, waste of money, I would guess 20% still in tact. I will never buy again.

This is a fantastic idea and customers love the novelty of ice cream nachos. We would love to buy more and keep this as a menu item but there was way too much breakage. More than 1/2 of the box was broke in half, which we were able to spread through the orders we sold. Then a large portion of the bottom was too broken to sell. When you pay $82 for the box and can’t sell most of the product, it is hard to make money. We would love to see better packaging to protect this item through shipping. It is one giant 5.5lb bag. So when you open the bag, it requires immediate repackaging to keep freshness.

Most of these were broken - probably more than half. They taste great, but there MUST be a better way to pack and ship. VERY MUCH not worth the money.

Very fun ice cream nachos. But it takes a few days to arrive and a big portion are broken especially because they are $80

These were way smaller than I expected. They are about a half dollar size. Comes in a unsealed thin bag crammed in a box. No wonder they were all broken. Wish I could find a good wholesaler for waffle cone chips.
