Didn't close my water bottle fully, bag was flooded, water did not penetrate through the bag.

Not Using After 4 Days
The overall quality and look of the backpack is great, however, the straps are wide with no padding which causes digging into the shoulders. My 7th grader loved his new bag for school but the straps were causing too much pain and discomfort so we abandoned the bag after 4 days of school and switched back to an old one. Total waste of money for us.
